In my opinion, Gilgit Baltistan is not referred to as Azad Kashmir ( 2:39 ) by terrorists or Pakistan but as Pakistan Administered or Controlled Kashmir whereas Azad Kashmir is the occupied area of our Kashmir region which expands to Neelam Valley and not up to Gilgit Karakoaram ranges. Also, Pakistan is also a member since 2016.
But for states like Punjab, J&K the key to prosperity is trade with and through Pakistan. GOI will connect eastern states to East Asia, Coastal India has connectivity with world. Punjab which is debt trapped and many problems of these states like extremism, drug addiction can be removed by economic growth which will happen if border opens. Right now soldiers, border residents are dying.
