A LOT of women struggle with this so much. The impending doom feeling is really distracting. I definitely get that and have for years as an offshoot of anxiety. You have to get used to ‘discussing it with yourself’ and leaning on your rational mind. It’s so hard. I use some OTC supplements to help me. You are not alone. Women all over the world will deal with it if they are lucky enough to meet middle age! ❤

I'm sorry your feeling so blah. I went thru menopause for 22 years. Yes 22 years. HRT was the only thing that saved me. I used the patch. Now I smoked, they totally didn't want me on HRT for that long but I couldn't deal without it.

I watch a RUclips channel @MenopauseTaylor that has been helpful. Even if you decide not to do HRT, she discusses some alternative options and explains everything in detail. The pumpkins are so cute, I have seen them before, however, I don't decorate for Halloween anymore. They are adorable though. I'm so sorry you are having a rough time with menopause. I have gone through it and I didn't really have issues, maybe a little moodiness, and hot flashes, but other than that I have not needed any medical assistance. I hope that yours gets better, it can't be good to not be feeling well. You are in my prayers. The long sleeve top is super cute, as are the bracelets. This is not the first time I have seen someone haul from Temu something that should be assembled and isn't. Be sure to let them know. Fun haul. God bless.
I think the black shirt with the wicked witches feet is fantastic. I am not sure how you believe but I pray that God comes down and lays hands on you to heal all your pain and all your problems. I am so sorry for all that you are going through. I always in my case I know I am going to heaven because I have lived my hell on heart. And I always tell myself there are people worse off then I am.
