Hi Matt! I’m currently a leasing consultant. Do you have any tips on managing many leads that reach out for the same or different property. So many people reach out to me, it’s hard to keep up. Do you have any tips on organizing leads and responding to so many at once? Thank you!
Amazing this is exactly what I have been struggling with . Hi Matt, I spoke with you briefly by phone regarding your sales university. I am a full-time leasing agent for a couple investors. My set up is slightly different but the same concepts. I am working on automating our small buisiness office but found there is so much that it's overwhelming. Do you have an AI/tech suggestions for the business? I'm assuming same link so I will check it out!
Hi Matt, (I warn you my comment is a little long🙂) I started this new leasing job 2 months ago. You have given me more information in this 13m video then my leasing director gave me in the 8h 2 day training. I come from an education background so this industry is very new to me and my bosses know this about me. During my training we went over things such as when a prospect calls keep them talking for 10m, updating spreadsheets, updating websites, yardi, a standardize greeting, establishing branding, describing the space that your showing them, asking what type of furniture they have for the space you are showing them. How many times she wants me to follow up with a prospect. Relate to them; if they say they have a cat you say you have a cat, if they say their divorced you say your getting divorced. However, we did not review or do a deep dive on things like a standardize closing system, standardize recapping, how to deal with and understand objection. What are examples of objection. And my employee review I received Thursday btw reflects that. My engagement scores a great but my closing scores are not! for the level of effort my leasing director is showing towards me I can tell that she doesn't care. So I say all of this to say thank you! And do you offer coupon codes for the university?
I'm very interested in leasing a property and was even willing to upgrade the appliances, furniture etc at zero cost for the landlord and they can also keep everything when we leave. But this agent made me feel unwanted, acted completely disinterested and did not even update us on anything. So now even if I do actually want the property, I won't be proceeding. I don't want to work with someone who doesn't want me.
Please leave a comment HERE, I will read it and respond to you within seconds! - Matt

I'm looking for a leasing agent in Philly for a minority. Any suggestions?
Are they still looking?
Thats where I'm stuck at touring. apartments. Yet I'm new to this industry and never done leasing apartments. Doing it as a temporary job.
