Apart from political ideology I simply love the way he respect women in particular. I found him very gentle and competent man. I appreciate The Current Channel for choosing such a kind and gentleman for this interview. I count this interview as one of the best interviews of The current.

To be honest he is the best person PMLN have in karachi and as he is a true businessman so he was by far the best Finance Minister Pakistan had in a long time
LOL. Please watch is interviews regarding economics. This guy does not know anything other than the basics of macroeconomics. And trust me on this as I am currently a student of economics at Harvard. He is the reason for the huge debt deficit. The last 2 years of PMLN were nothing short of a nightmare in terms of the economy. And they brag about the import-based growth rate.

@@NM-wh8ms Did I say something wrong. If import-based growth is not filling the import-export deficit, then that growth is of no use and it will halt at some point in time which it did. If today the govt decides to build 500 to 1000 new jails, the growth is going to increase but would that be sustainable growth? No, it would not be. On the other hand, if the government decides to hand out 12000 Rs to almost 20 million families, that would not increase growth. If the government decides to start workshops to train the teachers of government schools, this investment would also not increase growth. But anything spent on human development would return the favour in 20 to 30 years time.Simple thing that this ex-finance minister can't understand.
