Everyone wants everything right now! Just like fast food. God took so long to grow that tree to make it as beautiful as it is, ! I’m a fan of natural drying however long it takes for that wood to dry.
thanks, but It is all I can do just to make videos and maintain my website, If i added another site to the mix my work flow might suffer, good idea though, I think you can comment though on my blog on my site just like you can wordpress,
Understood. Blogging takes a lot of time. Replying to mine is time-consuming but I don't blog that much for that reason. Lol. My comment was only meant insomuch that there are many here on your channel that have a lot of experience to share for the benefit of all and thus the burden of your replying might be minimal. Just saying. Btw, there is no comment section on your blog... at least none that I can find.
I have added comments to the blog. Took some learning but I got them on there, when you have time leave me a comment on there to make sure it is working right, thanks for the feedback!!
Been voting everyday! My mill should come next week! Maybe it doesn't happen much but I'd like to see videos of things that challenge you or how you maybe have to MacGyver around problems.
You crack me up sometimes lol. Any idea how many votes you've gotten so far? I vote every time I see your videos and remind me. So keep up the reminders.
I just started watching your videos while looking to purchase a Wood Mizer Mill; if you had it to do over again, would you purchase the LT35 again or the LT40... seems like the bigger log size of 36" might be worth the $4,000 more?? You have awesome videos that have distracted me... a good thing.
Hello Paul, an answer to your question requires more space than I can type on here, send me an email to: outofthewoodsforestry@gmail.com I usually try to guide people on sawmill purchases over there instead of comments on here, Thanks for watching my videos!
Your LT35 has served you well, like to know what year it is, and have you thought about trading her in and getting a newer one? Or do you plan on using the one you have for many more years to come? I’ve heard if it’s not broke don’t fix it, wood Mizer saws just keep on working, the time you have had the LT35 what have you found that needs to be replaced from time to time other than blades of corse, and do you park it in the dry? Or does it stay outside, and have you thought about in getting a debarker or have you found its better not to have one, thanks for all the videos I really enjoy them all, , Monnie
It is a 2011 model, actually its one of the first ones they made when they came out the the 35. I hope maybe next year to upgrade to the LT40 Wide if things go my way we will see, no de barker and probably wont every add one either, never had one so I don't miss it. Thanks for watching. I appreciate it,

I have a 40 and the only thing I’d change is to get the super instead of the standard. They have a double pump hydraulic system so it is much faster.
Just voted. You will love love a debarker, I can get over 1500 bdft from one blade. Without it, I'm lucky to get 500.

We had tornadoes today. Close enough that I saw a couple
Lot of timber get blown down? I see an opportunity there
We will be doing storm cleanup for a month probably
Could you please show more videos on cutting logs up in detail. Maybe a 45 minute show.
Good idea. Appreciate the suggestion. Not sure on the length but I get what you are saying. Will do.
Yeah I agree. Exactly which cut you’re making and why. Of course when you’re sawing for boards and not slabs. Slabs are easy to make.
Www.albertwoods.com is in Vancouver I must no have it rite I can’t Albert wood on fb
