you can check if your noice cancellation software or what ever you use, check if it has smth called "Audio looping" like stop audio loops or smth along those lines, make sure to turn it off. because it may think that your fans are an audio loop and turn off your mic.

sai on your computer you might have Realtek Audio Driver, if you get a notification while plugging in your headset/headphones, then u should open the app and try tweaking your mic settings
