If she's this savvy at giving haircuts (and being rightly sassy to the stylists), Im interested in her takes on makeovers
As a hairstylist you'd be surprised how many people like this are needed. Sometimes clients just say what the stylist wants to hear and don't end up liking it. Someone to guide the client (often times when I see it it's a parent) when they're too shy to say what they truly want would be such a useful tool.

You need to ask them again and change your tone of voice and make sure they tell you the truth

Valeriya (val for short, but ONLY for her best friends to call her) is an exchange student from russia. She comes from a well off family but she remains ambitious and self sufficient. Impeccably intelligent and always forthright. She makes honesty look like a talent, and it is. She can be a bit materialistic but has a heart of gold and appreciates her friends and family deeply. Good at everything (except subtlety).

I used to work at a store in downtown Toronto (I'm Canadian) and I'd sometimes serve 'proud to tell me they are' Americans, and weirdly if I were slightly more rude to their continuous also rude requests, I found I got a more friendly (almost apologetic) response from them. So yeah🙃
