He's the last boss in Chapter 7.1 and probably very hard on impossible. Well you know what happened in the video. Just be careful of his attacks, and try to avoid him in Shadow form,and try NOT to use Shadow attacks or he will just take it and use it against you.

Hey guys. This boss was very hard for me. Well took almost 20 tries,maybe 10 😂.Don't remember. Comment what waa your experience about this guy.
I defeated him on easy difficulty because of my upgrades hahaha

Tip: When Gizmo is on criticaly low health, don't worry to use your shadow energy, as you see, when he steals your shadow energy, he loses health, so if he activates the energy stealing, he loses his health and he is done.

Go shadow form if he's healthbar is little and when he steals your shadow energy he dies
He takes damage,i forget to add it. But it could be risky

tip: going shadow form while he have his shadow energy nearly full will force him to use the shadow eater and his shadow energy will overload and damage him badly

I beat him on impossible with low damage katars but a good helm. The trick is to crit him to make him fall on the floor (use the perk “critical mass” for herald armor to get more crits) and then use your shadow abilities. I use katar shadow ability to restrain, then thrown weapon shadow ability, then the ground eruption herald helm shadow ability.

I beat Gizmo fairly easily on Impossible. I use Ripping Kit, which is the sword in the Liquidator's set, Liquidator's headpiece, Saccadic Masking, and Massive Mines. The only reason I was able to beat him is because Ripping Kit has super high damage output. At the beginning of the fight, I rolled back 2 or 3 times to get away from him. Since he doesn't use any projectiles, he is forced to approach you. I slapped down a mine in between rolls to stop him in his tracks and make sure that he didn't do anything. While he was stuck on the mine. I dashed toward him and used my special move on him, followed by a back attack to get maximum damage. When he goes into shadow mode, I just kept my distance, since his most damaging move was a close-range move. I would repeat this until he was defeated.

You can counter his charge attack. Just need to good timing...
In my first account, I was so OP before the release of chapter 7 that I completed half of the chapter with easy difficulty. Rest I had a bunch of shadow energy to upgrade my legendaries. So I defeated gizmo on normal

Failed to do it in 5 tries so I switched my epic armour for legendary armour (standard 700 shadow energy upgrade, from lvl 11 to lvl 22 and same thing to helmet. For memes I defeated him bare hand just spawming traps and doing heavy punch

For me I'm an Dynastian and I use 3 Legendary Equipment and 1 Rare the weapon I use is The chain knife with Shadow ability named 🌪️ Tornado

I was using the rare version of june or may's weapon with the perk that gets a chance of increasing the damage by 30%

I defeated him on impossible with Fate End. Only enter shadow form right after he entered shadowform (so he won't steal ur shadow energy) and combo him with your shadow abilities
I defeated Gizmo with power of 15785. All you need is epic chain knife maintain some distance and most importantly not to use shadow energy.

I am now at this stage, without using real money. I just relied on ads reward, daily reward and some events. I've thought many times of uninstalling the game because of strong bosses that seems unwinnable. But i somehow manage to pull it off. But in this one, I don't think i can ever beat this boss. This might be my last stop.

This boss was very easy for me I defeated him in my first try with shadow slayer

I used Bone-crusher Hammer with tornado power, in each case at first i trapped him with electric trap, then attack, and attack with tronedo hammer... kept him close so that he cant jump over me. and voila.. done... i am on 15k with 83 power.

I defeated this guy in my first attempt.i tot I will give a try because there was no survivalmode on and even side quest too was in cool down.
Using dragon road with its golden ability will defeat him easy. I used it and defeated him in my first try.

hes super hard but the best advice i can give yall is to SPAM but dont stay too close and justvout all your shadow energy into your helmets cause they vary the damage of the weapon and the head hits you take
Well i defeated him with kusarigama and a electro mines (massive mines) i kept placing mines and when he steps on it I'll attack quickly specially if it charged a critical hit i didn't use any shadow abilities because i know he'll win if i did i defeated him in insane and didn't take many tries i also didn't use much Perks and nice video
Probably no one noticed this but he uses one quarter of his health to use shadow eater. I won all three rounds due to that

I won dressed as participant #67, wearing The Saccadic Masking armor, Neurovisor helm, Gift from the master (rare katana), and wasteland dragonfly. Took me about 4-5 tries. It was on impossible mode

Special tip:- every boss is possible to defate you have to just upgrade your weapon when boss level come 🤣🤣🤣
I defeated him on impossible with the power level of 15.6K( that was my Maximum then now after defeating him its 15.8K) with epic katana. Took me around 15 tries or more.
I m trying with naginata 5995 power... Im not being able to defeat him.

My naginata is 5995 power and i managed to kill him twice many times, but in the end he killed me.
Have 44 weapons but, Cannot handle them as i do with naginata.

Beat gizmo on insane with ancient legacy with the striking chain combo the hook swords are insanely good at dealing with him and since its only a combo with good damage output gizmo was easily dealt with

With Epic Composite glaive I had 10 failed attempt and I unable to get even one round
Then I took out my legendary katana and well , I defeated him 3-0 in one go. I guess that's why the legendary katana is called SHADOW SLAYER

His shadow abilities are such that it always brings you closer so that he can do the hell of a job! So ofcourse discharge must be used to decrease his shadow meter.
My Discharge is weak so it didn't work
