That's a great point! Having the ability to add passwords directly to albums in the public photo library would be a useful feature. What a stupid, convoluted way to hide an album. I guess being able to do this within the photo app would be just way too simple. Apple, hmmmph!

Could you not just move them to hidden album, hide those photos? Hidden album can be Face ID protected
For mine if the face id doesn’t work it ask you to put in the phone passcode so if they know it ur cooked
