Hey PropTech Scout! Would you do a video on Alfred and Bixby - like what are they? What is the problem they solve? How do they make money? How do they benefit building owners? And residents? What is your rating?
Given the video I just did on Flow, I'll might take a closer look at Alfred as well. I can't find a proptech company named Bixby except for a property management platform whose website doesn't work anymore. I do have a property management software video in the works though.
@@TheProptechScout awesome. I just thought it would be interesting to look at Bixby as I see Alfred acquired Bixby to complement their resident focused butler service. Seems to round out the prop. tech offering with the resident onboard and off boarding process (I think) that Bixby offered. Hard to know, not a lot of info online 🤷♂️. Anyway, love your stuff - keep up the great work!
What is your advice about reading the financial books....? What kind of book that I should be reading if I'm going to be a wealthy man worry so many scammers gurus nowadays..please recommend me a book man....Great video man
I used to recommend a book at the end of every video, but I compiled a bunch of them here: ruclips.net/video/NEd35bYpbJA/видео.html Instead of just reading finance books, I strongly recommend being well rounded and reading about a lot of topics. It gives you a lot more perspective.
It's basically current vs next gen tech. The 3rd wave has driven a lot of the productivity gains in the last 3 decades- the internet and big data. 4th wave will bring about the next jump in progress- we're already seeing hints of what AI can generate, robotics will likely make huge leaps soon as well.
