I was going to go to bed myself, but then I got the alert on my phone, rushed like crazy, and recorded it. And, as always, I sent it to James to use before going to bed. Angelina is really throwing off my sleep schedule! 🤣🤣
I wonder if Toby will be there, maybe not as a performer but as a spectator. Same with Rob Christie. He was at Vegas and Glendale and FaceTimed Sara at Portsmouth. It will be interesting to see if he is involved in any way with this concert. The rumored split from Republic may not yet be a done deal. Whether he is there or not will just fuel more speculation.
just sooo funny as I recall a vid of AJ in school (KG or 1st grade) making faces, rolling eyes as teacher tried to encourage to join in class singing traditional Christmas carols, now planning concert to include some. Recall npr David Sedaris reading "Santaland Dairies" that included the elf "assisting" child sing "Away in the Manger" in a Billie Holiday style
Now that all the die-hard Angels from around the World that can afford to attend, have their tickets, I think they need to advertise locally. They could invite Heidi Klum & have her get the word out to her celebrity friends in LA that can attend at the last minute. Maybe she could get on an LA radio station to talk about the show. She needs to get a talent agent to get her exposed to the general public, while Michael manages the business. Just my thoughts.
Good idea but maybe a little too late at this point with just 2 days to go. I’m really surprised that Heidi Klum hasn’t wasn’t at either her Vegas show or Glendale shows. If they are supposed to be friends I would think she would make it a point to go. Maybe conflict in schedule? Heidi always invites her to her Halloween party. As I said in another comment, I would think it would be easier to sell 400 seats in LA with the celebrities here. Not that they all know Angelina but a few do and they could get their friends and families to come out.
Plenty of seats still available. The venue has several different configurations depending on the show. Individual seats, tables with chairs or even an open floor, club style. For this show they are having about 400 seats but as of now, surprisingly, only about half have been sold. So with two days to go most likely there will be a lot of unused seats. I wonder if they might do some reconfiguration so people won’t be scattered around You would think that in a large city like LA it wouldn’t be too difficult to sell out 400 seats, even without fans coming from out of town. Maybe too close in time to the September concert? In Vegas our seats were originally for the upper level but they ended up closing it off and moved us to lower level seats
@lesbrunswick5137 That would have been nice but I don’t know how you go about that or how easy it is to do. Just because you ask to be on a show doesn’t mean they’ll put you on. Toby was in a few shows with Victoria Justice to promote Piano Diaries. It would have been nice if Angelina was on one of those shows but Victoria Justice is more well known.
@@pjg58x Angelina is internationally known, she has appeared in many important events, and she has extensive connections in the music industry. And she has a very smart fellow for her manager. I feel confident she could get a number of appearances on local media if she made the effort, and I am puzzled that she has apparently not done that yet so far.
@lesbrunswick5137 It is puzzling that her concerts have very little promotion. Usually pretty short notice, probably because they aren’t confirmed far in advance. If fans aren’t regularly following her on Instagram they probably wouldn’t know about them early enough Being in LA you would think that should easily be able to sell out small venues, even with locals. Most concerts are announced months before the date of the show. A month notice makes it difficult even if you are a local.
The concert is just a couple of days away. It’s going to be a wonderful day with the fan gathering followed by a fantastic concert. ❤❤

Looks like the place will only be half full, everybody should moveup front. Although the acoustics may be better further back, but I don’t care.
