I know this is an old vid but thanks so much for posting this!! I have a Sony WM-3000 which is basically the same model without the front speaker. I've had it since I was a kid and really want to get it working. My first attempt at this kind of repair and the visual helps so much! As soon as I can track down the right belts, it will be good as new. :)
