Excellent video with so much detail! Exactly what I was looking for…a lot of this information presented were things I had not even considered. I plan on moving to Palm Bay within next year and a half. Thank you! 👍
You're welcome! I'm so glad you found my video helpful. Palm Bay is a great place to live. I'd love to help you relocate when you're ready! Don't hesitate to reach out! 😊
Very helpful. When the realtor asked if we were looking for homes with city or well water I had to put a stop on everything and start doing research on the area
I'm relocating from Fort Myers, and will be looking between Vero and Palm Bay but population in Palm Bay is a concern. Thanks for the water/service insight.
Our population is growing quickly. I believe the city is only around 50-60% built out. Best of luck to you during your relocation! Let me know if I can be of any help!
Thanks for watching! Yes! Palm Bay and Melbourne are both in the process of burying powerlines. The storms kept knocking them down and then they'd have to put them back up. They finally decided to bury them. They are currently in Lockmar. spacecoastdaily.com/2022/04/florida-power-light-company-upgrade-energy-grid-in-city-of-melbourne-palm-bay/
Yeah, great, but that's not even in the same area. That's South Florida where it takes twice the amount of cash to live comfortably, and is way overpriced in my opinion. Why don't you at least try to mention something in Central Florida. That way it's a little closer to "apples to apples".
Hey, Greg! There absolutely are. Here is what is currently available in Melbourne with 2+ acres and no HOA. www.flexmls.com/share/7osIR/Selected Inventory, while increasing, is still low. So, if you don't see what you're looking for now something may pop up in the future. If you are open to neighboring cities (Grant, Malabar, Cocoa, etc.), there are more properties available. Are you thinking of moving back?

I'm so glad this was helpful! A lot of the new communities in SE Palm Bay are on city water and sewer, so keep that in mind when searching.
Thank you. I am planning to purchase a lot over there.
You're welcome! Which area are you planning to purchase in? Thank you for watching!

So cool thanks for the info
You're welcome! Let me know if you have any additional questions about living in Palm Bay. 🌴
I’m inquiring some vacant lot in the SE area. SW is cheaper but no water, no utilities.
SE Palm Bay is a great area to invest. I hope your purchase goes smoothly! Let me know if I can do anything to help.
I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities and a good nightlife.
