    Very helpful. When the realtor asked if we were looking for homes with city or well water I had to put a stop on everything and start doing research on the area

      I'm so glad this was helpful! A lot of the new communities in SE Palm Bay are on city water and sewer, so keep that in mind when searching.

    I'm relocating from Fort Myers, and will be looking between Vero and Palm Bay but population in Palm Bay is a concern.
    Thanks for the water/service insight.

      Our population is growing quickly. I believe the city is only around 50-60% built out. Best of luck to you during your relocation! Let me know if I can be of any help!

    So Informative! Thank you! I read Palm Bay is in the process of burying power lines? Is that true? What areas?

    • @TheShupeRealtors
      @TheShupeRealtors  Год назад +1

      Thanks for watching! Yes! Palm Bay and Melbourne are both in the process of burying powerlines. The storms kept knocking them down and then they'd have to put them back up. They finally decided to bury them. They are currently in Lockmar.

    I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities and a good nightlife.

      Yeah, great, but that's not even in the same area. That's South Florida where it takes twice the amount of cash to live comfortably, and is way overpriced in my opinion. Why don't you at least try to mention something in Central Florida. That way it's a little closer to "apples to apples".

    I lived in Melbourne back through the 80’s are there any properties with a couple acres and no HOA available

    • @TheShupeRealtors
      @TheShupeRealtors  2 года назад +2

      Hey, Greg! There absolutely are. Here is what is currently available in Melbourne with 2+ acres and no HOA. www.flexmls.com/share/7osIR/Selected
      Inventory, while increasing, is still low. So, if you don't see what you're looking for now something may pop up in the future. If you are open to neighboring cities (Grant, Malabar, Cocoa, etc.), there are more properties available. Are you thinking of moving back?
