How I play against against elphelt, I usually always save my tension and burst bar against her, I only use it when I get a chance to go for a kill, or to use yellow Roman cancel while blocking, or deflect shield. You can also do forward punch (6p) right before she does the rekka, sometimes she might bait with the cherry bomb, but if your fast enough and react you can go for a air grab or knock her out the air. In the mission mode there is examples for how to fight against certain matchups so it’s good to check that out too
