We are in lease agreement for 3 years in a flat paying 10.5 lacs to owner. Lease agreement registered in sub registrar. Owner not paid emi for flat.
Now bank has put notice along with court order. Owner not responding. So what we have to do to get back our lease amount.😢¿??
