A gorgeous hike guys and that would be perfect weather for us, scary with the flying golf course and firing range though haha . Where were your crash helmets ?😄
I'm sure we visited Cawsand once and loved it, the little village is lovely and the buildings so pretty. Shame you missed out on evening dinner at the pub 😐You are doing well on this coast path adventure. So good to see ~ Anna 👍

Thanks Anna, we're definitely getting the better of the path now...of the 630 miles, we can confidently say we've completed half of it...

well the firing range path is well marked out and cool they still use Fort Tregantle, looks to be a very old fort, I liked that you filmed that structure at Rame Head and the one used in Beyond Paradise, cheers for now till the next one

Still following along and reminiscing. We also stopped at that cafe for a cuppa 😀. We loved Cawsand and Kingsand when we were doing the SWCP so much we went back to sit on the beach for a ‘rest day’. Not sure if you ever give yourselves those? 😊

Oooohhhh yes, we do have the odd rest day here and there...but not many...thanks for watching, kind regards, Simon and Elaine

A potential dodge and blast of a hike... 🙄 That old fort was interesting. Too bad it is closed to the public. Lots of interesting structures along that path.

You run red flags up the poles when training is being done. Golfers have to stop golfing over public footpaths when the public are using them so don't go slow! If they do fire golf balls at you get photos and the balls if possible and report them to the police. A golf ball can kill.
    Great walk.

Luckily we've had no run-ins with golfers...or balls...
