Plurality Method is: "Who has the most first place votes?" By "most" we mean, the largest value of first place votes.

not clear why there's 4 columns -- seems there should only be 3. Also, they're only voting for 1st place, no one's voting for 2nd place (premise of the video). Something does not add up
