SUNCREAM은 청량한 여름을 떠올리게 하는 트로피칼 팝 장르의 K-pop이다.
SUNCREAM은 RBW 총괄 프로듀서인 황성진이 프로듀싱을 맡았으며 Kpop 이슈 메이커인 선진혁, 건치 작곡가들과 의기투합하여 만든 작품이다.
사랑을 찾아 육지에 올라온 인어공주가 오히려 이 여름과 사랑에 빠져버렸다는 이야기를 담고 있는 노래로, 여름을 상징하는 아티스트 수비 특유의 아름다움과 매력을 느낄 수 있는 곡이다. "뜨거운 태양이 우리를 비쳐줄 때 가장 아름답게"라는 가사에서 뜨거운 여름의 열정과 청춘을 노래하며, "이 여름이 또 다시 와도 몇 번이라도 너와 함께라면 난 좋아"라며 앞으로도 계속해서 이 계절을 즐기고 싶다는 마음을 담아내고 있다.
"Paint my life with you"라는 가사에서 연상되는 푸르른 바다의 색과 빛으로 수비가 노래하는 여름을 청량하고 생동감있게 그려냈다.
