- THIS VIDEO AND ITS DESCRIPTION CONTAIN SPOILERS FOR FIRE EMBLEM THREE HOUSES. YOU WERE WARNED.
This fight is a massive nod to Genealogy. You have to fight ten manifestations of the Heroes with dark versions of their Relics, which power up the king of creation Nemesis. Once they are out of the way you go up against Nemesis yourself.
He is significantly easier compared to the other route bosses because he is not a monster, meaning his HP bar is one and done. And as I show you can just lure him away from his standing spot meaning no more passive dodge and heal bonuses

Everyone in the Game: Oh Claude and his wacky schemes that don't work. He's such a dummy goofball. Stop being such a silly billy, Claude.
Claude: *Kills the devil with a trick shot and solves racism in 3 months.*
claude murdered the ceo of racism
The trick is you have to pick him though. I mean that applies to all the paths really but you get the point.
@@jordan1543 no Claude did not kill Ingrid
DairunCates I might agree with you
@@AdeptKing I mean, even on other routes, it's literally his classmates' faults his schemes don't work. In both mock battles, someone breaks formation to charge forward like an idiot despite his orders.
After years and years of Fire Emblem games ending with a big dragon final boss, we face the series' true enemy:
*Bandits*
And he's the toughest Final Boss.
Forget Dragonskin, let's just give the guy 40+ Prt and Rsl so you straight-up can't damage him with half your Army, if you're lucky!
nemesis is actually a greek goddess, so it kinda fits
@@AkameGaKillfan777 I found the Church's final boss to be harder (as in longer to beat).
@@darthfirenation7107 Understandable, since it has those extra HP bars and Surging Light. I know why that map is considered the most difficult on Maddening as well.
But for normal and hard, I still consider Nemesis the most difficult not just for his insane def and res, but also his abilities. Keen Intuition so you're forced to attack him adjacently, but heartseeker so your avoid will suffer as well. Renewal and the Crest of Flames make it so he restores a ton of HP each enemy phase, not to mention the obligatory commander and counterattack skills.
He also has really high strength and decent speed, so once again, several of your units probably won't be useful against him for one reason or another.
*And Racism*
Claude delivers the power of friendship speech to the big bad...AS A DISTRACTION
God bless my beautiful scheming boi
You cannot have a Fire Emblem game without the cheesy power of friendship and bonds!
I still wonder why they made this speech so cheesy in localization x) Japanese Claude talks only about how people are weak and that they need each other to survive
Well I mean It’s Claude and we love him for it.
wait he did what?.,. I honestly thought he was serious, considering that his entire motivation is basically to end prejudice and racism and open up the world to each other.
Cataru Moore I think that while it was meant as a distraction, Claude also believed every word that he said.
Gotta love how he gets mad at you for not challenging him to a one on one fight yet he literally relied on the 10 elites to make him nearly invincible for nearly the whole fight....
And killed a goddess in her sleep. What a coward.

Nemisis was a bandit but he is also the last boss. golden deer is truly the meme house.
Batta the beast would be proud
What is funnier is that a bandit is the one who personally executed most of Fodlan's dragons when in almost all other games including FE16's other routes, the bandit is the first boss while the dragon is the last one.
@@ghirahimlefabuleux8984 in Blue Lions the final boss is demon empress Edelgarde.

The bait was hype tho
It's so anime lol
@@dragoxphere3341 I mean, kinda. But it's no impossible task to make an arrow that was shot upwards fall where you want it to fall. The timing is trickier tho. I suppose he's just beyond skilled in archery lol.
@@ruiribeiro8010 Well he'd have to predict where Nemesis' arm was since he was moving. It's a magic bow. Maybe it is controllable, idk
@@dragoxphere3341 Well, I don't think he meant to exactly go for the arm. As long as it hit him, it would allow byleth to land the final strike
The thing I love most about this is the fact it doesn’t take place in a ruined temple or some kind of foreboding area. It’s just a bright, sunny plain.
No it's a field of war.
CoolDevil 1246 I know, but it’s a lot less dramatic than most final bosses.
@@IAteABox you need to play FE4 final boss is just a masive kingdom feild
Demi-Fiend of Time okay, fair enough. I first joined in Heroes, and only have played each game on the 3ds. So I’m fairly new
@@IAteABox Trust me Genology of the Holy War is a very fun SNES/Super Famicom game granted you may want a guide and to use save states since this is an game before casual mode was introduced and it left alot of it's mechanics to be explained in it's maunal not a tutorial. Shame we never got this here in the west as it feels like a long lost classic rpg of the SNES era that would have been extreamly popular if it had come out over here.
The maps are the bigest in the series with you needing to send difrent groups of units in difrent directions and 2 stories of two difrent genrations the Tragady of Sigurd a man who loses everything due to the betrayal of the man he consiered his best friend and his Son Seliph 17 years later riseing up aginst the darkness that has fallen across the land of Jurgdal and avengeing his father's death.
This was the first game with romance options and child units along with the holy blood system which work similar to crests. I highly recommend emulating it or geting a reproduction cartridge as it's an extremely enjoyable game with a great story but also a masive time sink-_-
How to kill a resurrected God-slaying bandit:
-Intimidate him by calling him a bastard
-Shoot an arrow in the air
-Scale the walls between you
-Reach out your hands in friendship
-Open your true hearts to one another
-Hold your sword ready to prepare for when the arrow comes down
-Let the clouds part before the sun the moment you beat him
Hydrus Alphy Steps not clear. I hit Rhea instead
What I love about claude's ending is that they have to face someone way stronger than themselves, but they don't defeat him with some random anime powerboost or something. JUST. PURE. TEAMWORK.
Amen to that brother
And basic tactical trickery
It fits him pretty well, he's a trickster and schemer at heart. Edelgard and Dimitri are the ones who do the whole honorable combat thing.
AdeptKing Edelgard and honor don’t really mix do they?
@@AdeptKing
lol Edelgard and honour in one sentence.
I feel like I’m the only one here who actually likes Claude’s ending. Like, bro, idk about everyone but I’m proud of Claude.
Claude's ending is the best one in my opinion, the other two's stories seem.. Lacking
I think Claude's ending seems like the best outcome for the world over all.
Wick Yes, I agree. We did so much more in Claude’s and managed to even fight and defeat Nemesis. And regarding marrying Claude, he comes back to the f!Byleth a few months after he leaves and helps out with the rebellion. They get married AND open up connections to the outside world in Fódlan. What else can they possibly want 😂 And only cause they can’t marry him right away.
Giant nerd Yeah, I believe so too. Most complaints are because people can’t marry him right away. Even irl planning out marriages takes time.
@@gingermint1230 Yeah, but it's not like it doesn't mean you can't marry him. And the world is probably in the best possible state after the GD route. Flawed cast system taken care of, corrupt-ish church reformed, Fodlan unified, TWSITD gone, AND hostility between between Fodlan and Amyra (or however it was spelled) also fixed. Don't get me wrong, I can see liking any of the other routes more. Just this ending is probably the best from the "How you leave the state of the world" standpoint
Rule number one of fighting the archer, Keep an eye on the arrow.
Tbh i thought he noticed cuz thats kind of a rookie mistake

Ok can we appreciate Nemesis’s physique for a moment? Dude would put plenty of modern day fitness models to shame and they didn’t even have all the advancements in technology and science we had. What’s more is that it’s all natural, maybe he’s got some crest power but there ain’t any steroids in there which means he’s competition legal for the olympics or sumthin like that. Dudes a Gigachad at minimum and that’s facts.
Are crests legal for the Olympics?
Lucy Herumeta I don’t see why not? They’re all natural, well I suppose his isn’t quite but even then others have them naturally so it’s not like they could make them an illicit substance
@@GobaGNon On the other hand, I don't see how his particular crest would give him an advantage anyway.
Lucy Herumeta Well in the game it seems to be that the Crest of Flames is the most powerful crest since it comes straight from Sothis. It would be akin to just having good genetics, it’s an advantage sure, but not due to any sort of cheating just circumstance.
I know its just meant as a joke, but their technology was far more advanced then ours, dont forget he was part of the argatharians who build shambala and that base was already outdated. Also I think it was mentioned that they genetically manipulated his body.

I think this is the canon ending to three houses, seeing as only in the golden deer route you face the ones who hide in the dark, and kill nemesis and open fodlan to the rest of the world
I don't think any of the routes are canon. But I do agree that Golden Deer is probably the best ending of the 3.
There is a rumored 5th path coming out as the final DLC wave

This game should really be made into an anime.
I second this
Here’s something related to this fight specifically. It’s pre-battle dialogue I would probably have occur if I were writing an anime adaptation of this game:
(The Golden Deer manage to defeat all of the Ten Elites, and are now ready to take on Nemesis. However, Nemesis subdues everybody except Byleth with little effort).
Nemesis: Feeble creatures, thinking you could challenge me... Hm?
(Nemesis notices Byleth, who is still standing).
Nemesis: The sword of the creator... so you bear the Crest of Flames as well...
(Byleth tenses up, ready to fight).
Nemesis: Tell me, boy. What is your name?
Byleth: My name is Byleth Eisner. And I am not about to let you lay another finger on any of my students!
Nemesis: Hm... Byleth... you are not like these insects you call “friends.” You are one opponent I shall remember facing!
(Battle begins).
If Fire Emblem ever becomes an anime (probably not because that’s 4 whole series to make to satisfy everyone) then they should probably add in permadeath to keep everyone on edge, it’s one of Fire Emblems most famous mechanics. For example have Pallardo swing at Lysithea but Lorenz shoves her out of the way and takes the full blow while Lysithea finishes him off with a critical Hades Omega with her eyes glowing red in hate and frustration, Perhaps have Edelgard kill Leonie, then finally have Raphael get buried in rubble after Shambahla gets destroyed as Ignatz cries out “NOOOO! I may have gotten your parents killed but the least I could do is make sure you wouldn’t join them.” Have some filler as well such as Marianne and Hilda strolling through the streets when suddenly Marianne drops a ring down a sewer drain and they have to get it back. These fillers could also provide excuses for characters to change classes such as Ignatz training to be a deadly Assassin by hiding in the trees staying still as his cover is, as he has had a lot of practice being silent and one with his surroundings as he paints. And all this will eventually lead to the grand finale where they finally bring peace to the world
I see. I mean, if they did make a Fire Emblem anime, it might be way too hard to make an adaptation of this game specifically. I think they might go with a modern game that doesn’t have branching stories, like Awakening or Echoes.
They might also design each fight based on whomever has a more personal stake in each battle. For example, Byleth would likely fight Kronya in every route, but in the Golden Deer route, Leonie would try to battle Kronya first, but lose, only for Byleth to step in and rescue her. And in the Blue Lions route, Sylvain may do a large portion of the fighting against Miklan. In most routes, nearly every time Dimitri and Edelgard are in the same area after Chapter 11, there would probably be a battle between them. For example, maybe Byleth would fight the Flame Emperor for some time during the Blue Lions’ version of Chapter 11, then knock her mask off about halfway through, revealing her true identity. Dimitri would take notice, then immediately jump in. The cutscene from the game would play out mostly the same, then, instead of Edelgard fleeing immediately, Dimitri would fight her for a while, then take a particularly harsh blow from her. Edelgard would then flee with Hubert as Dimitri swears to kill her.
I like how all of the clones were thanos snapped
even though his speech is a distraction it still gives me chills every time i hear it
Is no one going to mention the fact that he finished that route in eight hours? Yet somehow had a lvl 50 Byleth.
Since he only build up Byleth and Claude. It reflects on the relationship endings.
4:38 Bandit Nemesis: "You can't beat me because I'm an Agarthan!"
4:58 "Hey, what are you doing, asking for help is illegal.....in AGARTHA!"
5:36 "This can't be happening.....in AGARTHA!"
This scene is so god damn cool, I absolutely love that Claude takes out Nemesis with a trick shot.
Compared to all the other endings. This one is lit.
Nemesis made one fatally flaw that would cost him the battle.
*He took his eyes off the archer*
How odd the Dark creator sword has the crest stone of Timotheos who’s crest was lost in history. GD ending game me a lot of answers, but a lot more questions regarding TWSITD.
Well the Agarthand were an ancient civilization who were all but wiped out, it's highly likely that crestline continued in them in secret and the Church covered it up
all the endings leave you with a lot of questions, guess that's why we're getting DLC early next year.

As a Black Eagles fan, I am swayed to “Fear the Deer”. Edelgard may be a well-written character, but Claude and his route definitely take the cake for awesome ending!
Definitely the better ending outta the four.
just like choosing your house from the very begining is all subjective to personal teste, IMO Edelgard exposing the injustice and control in the shadows the church was great, that and the fact she wanted to get rid of the nobility system was enough to win me over, heck she even said she didn't wanted her offspring to inherit the throne she would choose a succesor based on merit, but again, each one has it's own favorite ending, which is why I love this game.
@@omarreyes7626 true but Claude's unification by literally destroying racism through unification while killing both the tyrannical empire that took countless over the course of 5 years and Nemesis (with his subordinates) is probably the overall most liked ending.
I mean Reah is dead anyways and while the church was never truly exposed here, the teachings of seiros are definitely gone along with her lies
Aiden Quinn actually it’s pretty divided on “overall most liked” go to edelgard’s ending and most comments say that one is the best, same with dimitri’s videos, again, it’s all personal preference honestly all leaders of the territories and the church could’ve done more to avoid bloodshed, on Claude’s part he just like to slither away from conflict and not out of nobility but for convenience, and it was not only the empire, the kingdom also killed and Claude didn’t even tried to unite the alliance he just pretended he did for tactical advantage.
The one thing I love about this game is the fact no path is perfect and all end with a United fodlan with no dictators, abolished nobility and the removal of the church from power, so yeah it’s all personal preference, none is worse or better IMO.
@@omarreyes7626 my experience is different on the debate of "the best" part on Twitter and FE reddit especially I see Golden Deer path vs Black Eagles Edelgard path being talked about the most. When I think of the best I think the story that gives you the most general info you'd want to know before endgame. In this case that of Reah/Seiros, Sothis, the followers of Nemesis, the main enemy for this path (the empire) and the main villain you face at the end. I also think of the choice made by the main Lord in this case too. Claude could not unite nobility and non-nobility without ending the war because the empire literally forced allegiance through bloodshed. So it makes sense to stop this stories multiple tyrants and persuade the new leaders to unite. They all have they're good and bad points, I just see the Golden Deer route as the best to experience if there was only one true ending
Edit: tho like you said it is all opinion and we're definitely going to have debates about this in a few months on RUclips channels. The making of a fantastic game
@@aidenquinn19975 and that is your very respectable opinion, mine differs but that doesn't make yours any less meaningful, I'll just keep repeating it, the best thing of this game is that the ending you like the most is your perfect ending, there's no "neutral" "bad" or "good" ending here.
Now let's just hope the DLC extra story content next year doesn't piss on these endings and adds an "official ending" or route.

Shit, I never knew you could make Nemesis move off that healtile o_O
Id argue this is the hardest of the final bosses purely because his stats on hard are so insane that unless you grinded as much as possible you are not gonna have a good time here. Rhea on edel and church routes are way easier in comparison because she cant obliterate your teams in 1 attack and her stats make it way to easy to dodge her unless your units are super slow

Each Route Ending scenes for the Lords are unique because of how the battles are constructed.
Crimson Flower (Edelgard): An army composed of humans from the Monastery and Imperial Knights being led by two humans who bear the Crest of Flame each fighting to remove the corrupted church system and eliminate the crest system in order to let people live in freedom and not under nobility. Ultimately ends with the one responsible for creating and furthering the crest system being slain. Also, the Lord who was claimed to be least 'human' showed her more human nature thanks to being with the one who she desperately wanted to be with and Byleth who was in a sense non-human (due to Sothis's Crest/Heart being attached to their own and their own heart never beating up until the ending) finally being able to live as a real human.
Azure Moon (Dimitri): A story of overcoming hatred and revenge. Dimitri loathed Edelgard and despite having a right to, lacked the right information leading him to desiring to kill his cousin. It even shows in the first Mock Battle, Dimitri and Edelgard aren't on friendly terms whereas their dialogue against Claude is casual and non-threatening. His hatred towards Edelgard and the Imperial nation ultimately goes past the safety line leading him to become blood thirsty (which also means that he has no allies prior to Byleth's return post-time skip and even then Byleth is the only ally he has for some time.) His path is closer to him realizing his flaw involving his wrath and moving past. He becomes accepting towards Claude and is 'begrudgingly' willing to work with him when Edelgard's forces attack. Sadly, his inability to understand the truth involving Edelgard and the past incident before the Time Skip causes the rift between the two cousins to become strained to where there was no return. By the time Dimitri and Byleth encounter Edelgard in the final battle, the latter was so desperate that she discarded her remaining humanity (which Dimitri hoped to save and restore by truly working with her to help her accomplish her dreams if she could stop her war efforts) and ultimately leads in Edelgard's death. Ironic since he goes from being all about killing his cousin to realizing that such a motive is useless as it will get him nowhere and by the time he fully moves past, it's too late to save the one person he ended up wanting to reconcile with.
Verdant Wind (Claude): A path to unifying the two nations (Fodlan and Almyra). Claude never wanted to get involved in a war with Dimitri and Edelgard, he wished to avoid that and he mostly tries to talk down the opposition (and fails given that Dimitri and Edelgard refuse to listen in the end). However as those two didn't have Byleth in their lives post-time skip, their personalities worsen resulting in the demise of the Kingdom and the Imperial Regime respectably (Claude letting Byleth get the final blow on a defeated Edelgard who neither wanted to kill.) What makes this ending sweet and amazing is the sense of irony and karma that Nemesis gets here. He chastises both Claude and Byleth as unworthy opponents as they're tag-teaming against him instead of a one-on-one battle (which is further ironic since he has the 10 Elites boosting his power and endurance to beyond possible states), in the end he ultimately ends losing and dying (again) because he refused to take either of them seriously due to them tag-teaming up against him. Also what's beautiful is how the battle is shown, no dim lighting or burning buildings, just two huge armies fighting each other to death on a plain with a blue sky above showing that the darkness that had caused all the chaos in Fodlan from the start was about to be erased for good.
One little correction, Edelgard and Dimitri are step siblings, not cousins.
only reason I beat Nemesis is because I weighs the whole entire last part of the fight on a critical or next turn he was about to wreck my Healers.
I defeated him today, and I definitely thought it would be a huge struggle, given the battle forecasts. However, I decimated his entire remaining health bar (I had landed one hit on him previously) with a critical hit Sublime Heaven.
Fr. The critical hit saved me since he was about to fuck up every unit I had
It's like the game knew Edelgard wasn't good enough to be a final boss, so they had to quickly throw Nemesis in.
"Nemesis is easier than other route bosses" oh....
Nemesis is kind of harder in a sense. He can one shot your softer heroes (like Lysithea), has reasonably high resistance and can counter from anywhere.
Yet he dies faster anyway (to physical damage) because he doesn't have several bars of health.
@@PuchimonExtreme also, he's fucking INVINCIBLE for most of the battle

Claude Quotes Is Awesome.
So from what I've gathered, the Final Bosses of each Route go Claude > Dimitri > Edelgard > Church (from Easiest to Hardest)?
Yeah, claude's is not a monster, dimitri's can attack twice which means you can destroy barriers faster and damage more on her turn, edel is a shorter route so technically the boss is easier, church pulls all damn stops
I did these from hardest to easiest going by your scale and I agree. Everything seems so easy after finished the church route the first time.

I found Crimson Flower Rhea to be the easiest, but the map itself is difficult, especially with how she keeps stat boosting the high crit Golems.
The Silver Snow final map was easy though.
Wait, you completed the game in EIGHT HOURS?!?!?!
with monastery and cutscenes skip doesn't sound too outrageous
@@SuperBackBacon hmm, but doing 23 maps within 8 hours does seem pretty crazy, especially because some of the maps are bumrush proof. I really would like to see how he did it. Edit: if you look at his battle data it looks even more crazy, always 10-25 turns early game.
@@christiank.3034 I mean, I can honestly believe it if you know what you're doing and are playing on normal casual. Just let one or two units become OP (e.g. early game farming), and just have them LTC all the later maps like they own the place.
As long as the objective isn’t “rout the enemy” you can kill the commander in one turn with stride and warp
@@freezeburn9875 and a dancer
Nemesis is such a badass that he barely flinches when you hit him.
Cyril and Raphael died for me to beat him. I felt I could've saved them but I was down to 1 rewind after Cyril went. You really need to have your units around lvl 40 and more for them to even stand a chance against Nemesis. Hell my Felix could survive at 3 but by dealing no damage.
Classic mode is really hard for you to handle the feels, even though I never experienced it.
I repeated this battle a lot of times (because I wanted all the S supports of the guys in GD) and in one of them, Lamine crit Lysithea...but I didn't revive her just to see how that would change the epilogue.
i like the ending where felix and lysithea have a support much better
Ah yes my friend told me about that, it’s quite wholesome and unexpected that they become bakers together
Yes, Felix rethinking about his life and leaving the sword behind to join the actual peace is something I wanted for his character.
i personally believe that the golden deer ending is the true ending
5:50 I find it highly unlikely that I’m not the only idiot who saw this bit and immediately thought about thanos.
As much as Crimson Flower's my favorite route for being the most unique, I must admit; Nemesis of the Golden Deer class is my favorite final boss of the Three Houses (with or without the Cindered Shadows DLC), mainly because nobody debates over him being in the right or wrong, unlike Rhea and Edelgard in the Black Eagles and Blue Lions classes respectively.
Claude pulled a slow arrow, the absolute madman. Fen’Harel would approve greatly
Can't wait for the sequel of Three Houses set 1000 years after the event of unification of Fodlan and the final boss is Edelgard who rise from the dead because she's still butthurt. Jk jk we already had that in Blue Lions final boss lmao
I love how he stole the spot Nemesis was on the heal lol
I wish we got a cutscene of how the rest of the Golden deer are holding off while Claude and Byleth fight Nemesis.
Nemesis is Lu Bu? Quite fitting I guess
sadly the only path where things develop enough to fight Nemesis. This game feels like it is missing a True Ending path where all 3 Houses are United since all 4 paths only provide fragments of the Truth about why the game events happened.
@@orrthehunter I don't think we really need a true end or a route where all the four path unite to fight the big evil "those who slither in the dark". Granted, the possibility is there but honestly, the story is better without it. Even as someone who enjoys Revelation, I don't see the need for something like that with Three House.
Fragments of the truth was probably intended as a puzzle piece in order for people to explore the other routes. I personally find that a boon but I can see why other people might not. Well, it's not really a big deal to me.
What is a big deal for me is that Golden Deer's route suffers from kinda copying some elements from the Church's route. Oh well, having Nemesis or uh Lu Bu as a final boss is still unique enough though (even if he just kinda appears out of nowhere to have a final boss), along with some deeper exposition of the past but it doesn't have the drama beat of the others as much which is probably intended since Claude is so separated from the rest anyway.
Personally, I would find it interesting if Claude's route was straight up an Almyra campaign, as Claude takes over the Alliance and through his schemes, fracturing it which weakens their borders, allowing Almyran forces to stroll over and take Fodlan.
Nemesis has massive BRAIN DAMAGE
@@TanatatKnight246 The story just felt like it was meant to have one True Ending path as a lot of things are still unanswered. The Main ANtagonist still lives as she will eventually be reborn in a New Host body to continue her plans again and Nemesis return feels as if he was always meant to return but we only encounter it in one path due to chance.
Well I mean, Three Houses *was* co-developed by Koei Tecmo.
Funny how this came into my recommended when I finished Claude's route about an hour ago. That being said... I like Claude, but I honestly found his route the most disappointing out of 3. BE offered a unique experience in which you sided with a more... antagonistic character. BL had a very heartwrenching story and Claude's story just had Claude. I still need to play the alternative route of BE, but from what I've heard, it borrows a lot from Claude's route.
Well, but if we deducted everything else, GD has the best future for Fodlan. They formed alliance with other country etc. and by time, nobility would cease to exist naturally.
And they one day hope to expand the United Kingdom and its ideals to Almyra and the continent of Dagda.
also Claude basically created a fodlan where people are equal regardless of status. Which he mentions was a struggle all his life when people were horrible because of his birth/lineage(based from convo supports etc). I prefer his ending better. But I do agree, the others have a more "so much to lose" type of story.
Yes, the alternative route is basically Claude’s route without Claude, but you find out different information at the end.
Edelgard's genocidal portrayal to accomplish an understandable motive makes her an interesting character and people are busy arguing whether she is justified. Dimitri just underwent a whole change, from an idealistic fool to an edgelord who eventually repented from his sins back to the idealistic fool he has always been, I think people are curious in seeing that process. I love Claude the most and his personality too, but I do agree that his story seems like the most bland one, probably because Claude's been a fine individual from the start. Unlike the other two, he is much less problematic, and can pretty much stand his ground even without Byleth's influence on him. He strives for survival and he keeps his goal simple, making him a somewhat detached character and much less of influence to the story compared to Edelgard. But I'd say his ending has the best outcome out of the three.
Tmw when i missed my s support claude and have to play this route all over again, I really dont feel like doing that fight all over again
@Wutert no this was in my first playthrough so it was normal casual, i plan on playing golden deer again simply to getthat S support
Claudes friendship speech was cheesy but actually made me cry upon seeing this first time in game
I thought I had the strength but I can't... I can't choose to kill edelgard, so NG+ I'm just recruiting everyone to save them, so far I got 5 but since NG+ lets you spend renown to start with professor level A+ from the get-go, and rise skill levels that you risen in the past walkthrough, I got these 5 stuents as early as the 3rd misson and I'm close to get other 3, so all is good.
@Gabriel Thesken why would I kill my waifu!? PERISH THE THOUGHT!!! I went black eagles all over again, I just recruit anything that could be recruited to save them and because a lot of them are cool.
4:16 this is the first time I see this. Those crests are Noa’s and Thimotheo’s from the 4 apostles (only meet in the DLC)
I'm just so happy that my Girl Marianne appears in the ending card. She grows up so well. :___
'THAT'S HOW WE WIN!"
Watch this and tell me the Golden Deer aren't the best house. I freaking dare you.
What you’re asking is impossible
@@Yuto177 Exactly. The way I see it, there are 3 guarantees in life. Death, taxes, and the golden deer are the best house.
The golden deer cutscenes are so good
I love your final battle videos
What is the name of the song when character bios show? I cannot find it in the game's song directory.
Cyenaivlis a new dawn
Nemesis: "Foolish child."
Claude: "Lol fuckin boomer"
In the end, Claude von Riegan is the MVP.
So why did nemesis sword had 2 crest stones? And which ones are they?
I hated how Nemesis just shows up to be the final boss without any build up...
Some guy on the internet I disagree, he was talked about in great detail as a hero throughout the whole game, even tho we see him acting as the villain in the opening cutscene. I was actually more disappointed that he didn't show up in the other routes.
@@adrianroque6990 Yeah, and it made complete sense for him to be the final boss, considering his route was centred around uncovering the truth behind the largest religion in Fódlan which had been maintaining a strict order on the continent. I also don't think Rhea is truly evil anymore (I haven't played the Black Eagles route yet), whereas I thought she would be the main antagonist of the game before it launched. She kept this order because she didn't want war to plague Fódlan again and claim thousands of lives (which didn't work out for her because of Edelgard).
MrGameGuy plus even the simpler reasons work. There's a legendary warrior named NEMESIS who wields the SWORD OF THE CREATOR and did battle with SEIROS, founder of the continent's religion. Of course he would be the big bad
Freezeburn 98
Nemesis has a surprising amount of theming as the final boss, even if he is essentially the Agarthians "in sase of Emergency Break Glass" solution,:
You're fighting the Legendary Heroes of the Game's Lore, recreating the opening cutscene by battling Nemesis, Golden Deer begins and ends the game by fighting a Bandit Boss, fighting the "dark" version of yourself with both the Sword of Creator and Holy Relics being used by both armies, Claude/Byleth have essentially become the Kings(or Queen for Female Byleth) of Liberation of their times in Verdent Wind making the false legend of Nemesis true for themselves.
*THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I FUCKING LOVE HIM*
Played this on Maddening Classic. The ending was totally worth it
I jus ended my first path against nemesis and i should say the chapter 21 and Marianne paralogue were the most hard as for nemesis you can one hit ko him as long that you manage to make him leave his strengthen in tide
S Kingsley Marianne’s was pretty easy in my opinion. I couldn’t pull out Nemesis because he would’ve killed someong for sure, so Claude just landed a crit on him 😂
Wang Eric 😂 personally this map was hell for me she was alone with the hellish boss and we got the mist plus the other beast hidden... as for nemesis I managed to pull him out with Claude thanks to fallen star I didn’t lose him and killed him with Catherine
can i say that the sword you get for that paralogue is RIDICULOUS it makes marianne, who had very little str, into dare-i-say-it a BEAST
@@skingsley3126 i had her hide in the fort conveniantly placed nearby. but that was the first monster i had to fight with FOUR health bars! the second was the wind caller and i'm very proud that i broke all of that guys shields
Jonathan Flanagan it’s because the sword deal magic dog which is linked to magic stat and not physical damage 😂 and i agree with you she become too op
I found it much easier to just have a psychic healer like Marianne far away camping
Gotta love A Star In The Morning Sky
5:23 THAT RIGHT! GET NOSCOPED! GET NOSCOOOOOOOOOOOOOPED!!!!
No? Ok.
Singing stops when you engage Nemezis. So it means that he's actually singing the bgm?
Nemesis sounds like Rudolf and Algol!
Algol... Never heard that Soul Calibur name in a while.
they all have the same voice actor
Edelgard- Eww
Dimitri- Aight Not too shabby
Claude- THIS MAN IS THE COMBINATION OF THE MVP AND THE G.O.A.T.
This was my favorite route. The only one I had fun with.
this cheese strat didn't work with my claude + byleth because by the final chapter they were levels 42 and 35 respectively, so no quad brave bow
you can still deal damage safely with byleth + windsweep, but that'd require physic/fortify users on board somewhere, as for the boss kill itself i was fortunate to get a fallen star crit with claude and hit for 78 damage, but i was able to clear nemesis in about 3-4 turns as well without the crit
I sent Raphael in with the Axe of Ukonvasara and he oneshot him with a 60% crit lmao.
Did you...not use them much at all? On my first run, I only grinded using paralogue encounters and even then, I barely recruited anyone, so I had access to less than half of them. Claude was level 48 and Byleth was 49 when I entered the final battle and both managed to hit 50 before the end and even then, Lysithea ended up being the one to land the killing blow anyway.
For me, Sylvain was my only unit who had decent damage, hit rate and could Quadruple with a Brave Lance(I also gave him Swordbreaker) and Hilda did a decent chunk of damage with Apocalyptic Flame. Byleth dealt the finishing blow with Bolganmone as a Gremory.
Am I the only one that got the crit on Nermisis
I got it.
For me, Byleth got a crit and then Claude doubled and crit him unnecessarily.
Nemesis died in two hits...
@@chaos2145 he died in one hit for me
I critted on a Sublime Heaven. Was pretty great.
I tried to kill him with Byleth to make the final blow cooler but then Claude got a crit and fucked up my plans
Hippity hoppity that Stronghold is now my property-Byleth
My first GD route final boss battle had Ignatz as bait while Nemesis chased him so he could get closer to my stronger characters 😂😂
