I guess Temecula is an interesting name, I believe it is a Luiseno word meaning "the place where the sun breaks through the mist"

@@GGMCreates the Luiseno Indians were the first people to inhabit that area of California. The original tribe name was Payomkawichum, but they were converted by Catholic missionaries and changed their tribe name to Luiseno
