Angel That's odd, you definitely don't need to pay youtube a thing. Were you using any official music or anime clips in your video? Usually using copyrighted video is the only way to get your content removed from the site but you definitely should have been told why your video was removed.
That's pretty messed up and not typical. I'm sorry that happened. I've gotten a few copyright claims before which happens but never a removal. They definitely shouldn't have done that w/o explanation.
