Okay.. this. This is it. I have a disease that causes me to be in extremely intense pain in my joints and surrounding areas without relief. I've been in constant pain since 2011 (its now March 2022). My body doesn't relax. I eventually just crash from exhaustion when my body needs sleep. However, this video made me relax. I found myself kinda "snoring while awake" a bit. Just... man-purring maybe? I don't know what to call it. Calm. Content. Relaxed. RELAXED. Like, what!? Thank you.
