- Security attached to Judge Lawrence Mugambi withdrawn following following a judicial decision that displeased certain authorities, is deeply concerning. It sends a chilling message to the Judiciary and the public at large: that those entrusted with upholding justice and safeguarding our rights can be intimidated, bullied, or retaliated against for their rulings.
Let's all agree Masengeli's refusal to attend court proceedings & the withdrawal of Justice Mugambi's security is an act of defiance, intimidation & arrogance & this can't be allowed to continue. It's a confirmation the police are aware of the abductions & extra judicial killings.
All this drama happening do we say president is innocent??

If the law applies to all Kenyans equally, or if there is a class of people who are above the law, may we please know their constitution and their courts so that we can take them to account for their actions when they stray from their lane of duties? They arrest our brothers and sisters who obey court orders, but when it is their turn to do so, they threaten and intimidate the judges.
Do you remember the judge who was shot dead at the bench? And by the same officers, that are mandated to uphold the rule of law. If the head is rotten, then your guess is as good as mine.
Military should take note,, a population cannot be ruled by elected leaders who disobey laws of the same republic... You cannot be a leader of village and a witchman at the same time,, the village will reach its limit of its wits.

Bwana Masengeli is ignorant of the law. Therefore the government most take fierce disciplinary actions against him. Aende nyumbani hizo nguo amevaa, kofia, bunduki, ofisi ni mali ya wakenya. The only thing he possess is contempt of court and order to withdraw security in charge of the judge protection. If not then Kenyans should not allow any police officer to arrest any suspect until have remanded their irresponsible police boss.
