@@irishjsheb yes. I get my sand from beaches or this park near my house that has clean brown sand. I don’t chew the brown sand I clean it so when I don’t have sand I have some to play in.

Hey for any sand that you think is too thick and crunchy Do you have a blender Try putting thick sand in a blender and see if it will grind up too hard sand into smaller softer sand Please try it!!

How is your digestive system faring actually. Ive been eating sand for the oast month and it's starting to fuck with me
Consume more fiber. Eat sand only after you've eaten actual food. Drink lemon and cucumber water a lot. If you feel like you're getting backed up stop eating it for a while until you believe it has left your body. Sand doesn't get digested so you should see it come out in your 💩 sorry for the TMI
