Rachel I LOVE your videos!! Another method for facial steam- boil some water and add the juice of about 1 lemon, mix it and lean over it with a towel draped over your head. The steam gets rid of dirt and debris trapped in your skin, which could cause breakouts. Hope some people try this out! Rachel I LOVE your videos!!
I watched this when I was tired after a long day and your soothing voice and calming music I actually fell asleep! Not at ALL because your videos are the least bit boring. But I was just SO tired and your videos are SO calming!

Also I'm happy you put "organic" roses for the rose water spray. If you buy regular roses, they are usually grown with pesticides and sprayed with other chemicals. Which is not ok to boil and then spray on your face. Just to note for people who are wondering.
Byron and I have thought about a joint venture, like a healthy bistro and spa together.. It would be a great deal of work though and time away from our family, so we are just enjoying what we are doing now and maybe one day we can revisit those ideas. Even if I don't, I'm so happy I can share spa tips on here. =) hehe

Love the bamboo type music! But I've done several vicks shower melts and this seems so simple. I make the biggest batch of these as soon as flu season hits and my husband loves them for when we get sick. I went out of town one year without making any and he said got sick but he couldn't figure out the recipe! so this seems simple enough for him!
I can usually never make what your making in your videos (because we can't get a hold of anything in Norway..), but I love watching them anyway, because there're so relaxing ☺️

Thanks Rachel! By the way, I read somewhere not to spit the coconut oil swish, into the sink or toilet....I guess it hardens in the pipes because of the cold water that we run later during the day. What I read said to spit it out into the garbage can of some sort. I thought it made sense so I'm doing that now... I enjoy your work! Take care
