Ich habe jetzt zum 1.Mal dieses Interview gesehen und bin total beeindruckt!! Aber,noch sehr viel beeindruckender war,daß ich nach der KuDamm 56 Ausstrahlung im TV feststellte,daß er hier in Berlin im Berliner Ensemble den "Prinzen von Homburg" spielt. UND Theater ist ja so viel mehr!!!! Und ich weiß auch nicht warum,aber,ich war lange davor nicht im Theater. Als ich dort ankam,wollte ich mich an der Kasse erkundigen,auf was man achten muß. Wie oft es klingelt und man seinen Platz wieder einnehmen kann. Vor mir stand ein sehr großer schlanker Herr ganz in Schwarz gekleidet. Und als er sich dann umdrehte: es war Sabin Tambrea und ich ging ihm hinter her und ich glaube,das Erste,was ich zu ihm sagte,war:" Sie sind der beste Ludwig,den ich je gesehen habe!!!" Ich hatte ja schon vorher die DVD mir geholt und war total begeistert von seiner Darstellung!! Und ich wollte soviel fragen und er sagte,kommen sie doch nach der Vorstellung ins Theater-Cafe. Die Vorstellung war toll!!! Und nach der Vorstellung traf ich einen wirklich liebenswerten Menschen. Mit dem Iphone wollte ich ein Foto machen. Ich hatte das Gerät noch nicht lange und konnte es nicht richtig einstellen.Er sagte so nett,daß er es einstellt,damit ich ein Foto machen kann. Ich bekam dann auch ein Autogramm und als ich ging,da kam dann seine Frau und ich machte ein Foto von Beiden. Ich war dann noch mehrmals im Theater,um in den Genuß seiner Schauspielkunst zu kommen. Yeah, you' re right! I wonder, which actor he looks like. Benedict Cumberbatch. But Sabin Tambrea comes from Romania, not Germany. He is living and working in Germany .
I saw him yesterday as Prinz of Homburg in Berlin. He is one of my favorite actors. He was stunning. His Ludwig was not really good because the movie was really bad compared to Visconti's. (To the interviewer: a King is NOT adressed as "königliche Hoheit")

I read all the biographies and all the diaries and letters of Ludwig and I guarantee you that Visconti nailed it. May I ask how much you read about the historic Ludwig? Just curious!

My accomplishments are that I have watched numerous German history movies like multiple ones about Ludwig 2 and Sissi, and all 20 episodes of Die Deutschen by ZDF.
