Is the unit running? If so, Running, not cooling could be a refrigerant leak or bad compressor.
If not running, does the run light come on?
Any sounds? (Clicking)
No sounds could be a failed thermostat. Clicking sounds could be a bad start relay, motor protector, or compressor.
