As a Gabonese of the Fang ethnic group, I am saddened by the fact that other ethnic groups feel threatened by us. Unfortunately, the tyrannical Fang leadership in Equatorial Guinea (EG) does not help our case. Although Bongo is no where near as bad as Obiang of EG, we can do so much better than him, even within his party. I would happily vote for a minority group candidate if it helped us get rid of the Bongos. However, the tactical Fang vote for Jean Ping in the last elections was not enough. This time around it is even worse since there is no unified opposition front in a one-round election.
Best Ali Bongo ever was the Paul Hogan magician character. 😂
Imagine since 1967 there have only been 2 leaders in Gabon!!!! What a place to study Political Science!!!!
