Man I loved Monster House from when I was a kid. And seeing that the movie got the appreciation from somebody's game, makes me feel like I'm at home. I like how whoever made this game based the whole game off of the kids adventure inside the house, it makes the final boss look like it's just part of a much bigger body.

@@drakofox1362 yeah. I think I ended up getting it from when gamestop wasn't made yet (pretty long ago). We had this place called "Hollywood Movies" in my area, basically a rent/buy place, and next to it they did the same for games. I'm pretty sure I got it from there. I used to think that the car part that Chowder at the end fell next to was a leg cause at the time, kid imagination/ps2 frames made it look convincing

How come during the chase in the film no one hears the screaming and roaring along with the ground shaking or stuff being destroyed or better yet the explosion at the final battle? Didnt anyone who was sleeping wake up and say da fuq was that?

I think people heard the explosion,and someone definitely had to of seen the mobile house.Its just that the movie ended too soon to touch on it.
And remember: this happened during halloween night, in the movie we even see kids trick or treating before the fact so there were a ton of witnesses, not to mention the time the house went ape shit and attacked the cops and eating their car.

I love this Movie. Monster House was my first every scary Movie and it was scary for me as a kid. This game looks alright and the bosses look fine. Although even if the chase scene with the house was cool, it also was kinda lame because it last to long with very little action for you to do. Also the Broken up house at the end reminds me of a Pokémon called Stallen ( sorry if I spelled it wrong ).

I love how the Constance mannequin boss is pretty similar to Ras’ Al Gaul boss fight from Arkham City.
When I was two I watched coralline and I wasn't scared at all. But when I watched monster house, that was like a horror movie to me.

I never made it past the entrance of this game because I had no idea wtf I was doing or how to play. So I never even knew that there were bosses in this game. I thought it was just "Escape the house" and be stealthy to avoid being caught by the house. I was not aware this was a full game until now.

When i was a kid, i had a ps2, i was a sony’s kid, i had sony tv, sony consoles, even a psp, monster house was the best out of all games i have, that is scary atleast, i was terrified back then, i remember the house chase scene, man, this brings alot of memories.
I also find it interesting how the creators of dead by daylight created a kids game for people when dead by daylight is a horror game
