So pleased to see you succeed at your dreams … and the bikes … OMG they’re beautiful ! Best of fortune to you Sir. Many happy creative hours lay before you Mate. SmileBig ! …….. Blitz
Congratualtions mate for all your success you had in this little time. You earned everything hard. You are definitely a selfmade man. I love your story and wish you all the best. I wished i could ride such a beautiful bike over here in germany.
Damn .............there are some clever people around . These skills and vision are what have always made Britain such a great technological leader in the World
Way to go brother, I'm gonna bring you a bike one day to build! You've turned into one of my favorite channels! I've always loved Triumph, and my Dad too :) Cheers from California, USA!
Thank you for a great video, and you just gave me some really good idea what I'm going to do when I buy my 2020 triumph Truxton rs .i will do exactly what you done with your bikes. I just hope the aftermarket parts you use be available in the market
It's a shame most schools don't teach these sorts of skills anymore. Metalwork depts disappeared years ago and even CDT depts rarely offer kids enough of an incentive to get them interested. I never made it beyond woodwork and a (wonky) teapot stand but if I'd been shown what was possible...
Awesome Job Done!! Love all the good work you've done... they all look sweet! 👍 Q1? Where's the name come from? And Q2? What's your magic for boosting the power (without charger) on the T120? keep up the good work.
Probably the one engine that has utterly no need of a supercharger. Be interesting to see if it's any faster when combined with an essential traction control unit
Sounds like you need a helper. Great stuff, now I understand why the exhausts are built this way. How to control the quality if you do bring someone in, that is often the dilemma.
Interesting builds, but the jubilee clips holding the hose from the air pipe to the plenum on the Bobber looks naff. Surely you can do better than that? Or, isn't that the final fit and finish?
Ryan K you don’t need to the computer does it for you with the lambda sensors as long as you install them. All that’s required for that is welding a bung in the exhaust so you can screw the stock sensors in
Rocket 3 Why dont you fix that big heavy flexible single sided swingarm and mount a propper double sided one? What do you do about the horrible electronics and ride by wire? Great bike but i dont get the electronics, ride by wire and shaft drive.
@@loop1479 , in this case with the buyer's the shitty electronics is probable a good idea, but the is no benefits to a single sided swingarm at all and the shaftdrive is destroying the feel and grip
@@gbjoo8 Having owned an '85 R80 BMW for the past 21 years I can list a couple of reasons for single sided swing arms and driveshaft. Easy to get wheel off, low maintenance, no chain to maintain, cleaner. I don't know if it is peculiar to BMW, but engine breaking is GREAT as well. As long as I do my downshifting before entering a corner, all is well. There have been a lot of advances in driveshaft technology since '85.
@@loop1479 , excatly it ruins the handling completly and if you can't handle a bit of cleaning and lubrication every 400 km you should stick to walking. I would never make a sacrifice that big with the handling just because you don't like dirty fingers. Or is it because you don't like how cheap it is to run a chain or the freedom to change gearing
@@gbjoo8 As far as I understand, late model driveshafts, on some brands at least, have improved their operation. Anyway, once acclimatised to the idiosyncrasies, it's easy, virtually maintenance free. I had a Scout for a year and enjoyed the belt drive as well. Way better than a chain. Each to their own.
Would love a video of the Rocket 3 once up & running

How about the slr 650? 😁
204,000 rpm on the supercharger???

I struggle opening the petrol cap.
Wish I had the money to get a bike built by him
Amazing, wish I had the coin for one

Mate where can I get the lights you placed in the rear seat please
Robbie they’re his own design. Get in touch with him via Instagram or contact details on thorntonhundredmotorcycles.co.uk
3:20... must've been the apprentice writing that program 😂
Any chance you're hiring for the new workshop ?
Здорово 👍🏻
R-tech! Good gear!
How do you tune the bikes with fuel injection once you put on a new pipe?
Ryan K you don’t need to the computer does it for you with the lambda sensors as long as you install them. All that’s required for that is welding a bung in the exhaust so you can screw the stock sensors in
@@thatguycalledart6270 where can you get them for motorcycles are are they all the same? Just fab a place to take from?
Ryan K that’s specific to the water cooled triumphs and other bikes with the lambda sensors. If not just get it re mapped
Gotcha. Thanks
you don't need to drop that much $ on a TFC trim for what you're doing. A good ol' R or GT would have done the job and save you some quid
Wow
So basically Jody basically loves the word "basically" basically speaking, in a basic nutshell hahaha :-D
구매사이트요?
Did David Beckham quit football to do bike custom?
Why do that to a TFC? I’d do it to a base Rocket, not a rare model.
Rocket 3

It's called progress. Go for earlier 21st century bike if you don't like too many electronics.

I don't I'd have the courage or confidence to do that to a Rocket.
That is exactly why there are few "Jodies" in the world. Niche market, and he's found his. Done his time in the shipping container.
please let me work for you
Giz a job mate that wouldn’t be like work to me id just love to be creating those beasts with ya our kid.fuck American chopper your going far mate
What a waste of a TFC R3
So, this is just a show and tell of your "talent", "specialization" and equipment, no functioning bikes. What a waste of time!
Sorry, but I hate those exhausts - look like they were made out of scrap - I see why folks wrap them in that old rag !
How much would it cost to make a 2017 t120 supercharged and with customized allous wheel and exhaust....TIA
