Actually you can jump rooftop to rooftop. Just gotta hold X to get a running start and then hold O before you jump

Ah, 4:20 is the one I was missing, I remember that when I first played Bully this was also causing me troubles because I thought I got it when I looked upon a map guide and it was also pretty hard to get.
