I got the denim! I think Amazon missed a huge opportunity here to give this version all the Kindle Paperwhite features and then call it the “Mini”, and do away with the basic line. They could have kept the same price point, since this would still be lighter and smaller. The current 2021 Paperwhite is a great device, but not as portable, and gets heavy for longer reading sessions. Excited to hear your thoughts on Monday!
I like both colors but since a lot of people use cases anyway, to me the color of the actual Kindle doesn’t matter so much which makes staying with the black a good option. Thank you for the unboxing video.
I will preffer a huge variant of colors rather than blue and black... It will be nice see kindles like purple, orange, yellow, green, gold, etc... I think so kindle need to be more personalizable in that aspect but I can't bother with that they look still look pretty fancy. greetings from Panama =)
I have a white Kindle 10th Gen. No fingerprints! Of the two, I much prefer the Denim, but they'll both be plastered in no time. Maybe a light grey model would be an idea, for the 12th Gen!
Being around active kids, I wish they have a 5" version of paperwhite that I can carry around like a cellphone but with all the paperwhite features. My kids always knock my paperwhite off my hands as I can barely hold it because of the size. 🥲

Denim all day long. This kindle has had a massive upgrade in my opinion.

You can! It doesn’t have warm light like the Paperwhite does, though
