  • In the northern part of India, nestled amidst the majestic peaks of the Himalayas, lies a state - Uttarakhand - where one can witness a unique blend of natural beauty, cultural diversity, and spiritual significance.
It is believed that in Devbhoomi Uttarakhand, manifestations of deities have occurred from time to time. Uttarakhand is also referred to as the land of the Pandavas. According to legends, after the battle of Mahabharata, upon Lord Krishna's command, the Pandavas ascended to heaven from here. This is why there is a special tradition of Pandava worship in Uttarakhand.
In this Kedar Valley, where the Pandavas passed through, special festivals called "Pandava Leela" are celebrated between November and February at those places.
