On the turn around where I sing "I'm just a fish" I play the Dsus2, Dsus4, D
The chord shape that I'm moving up the fret board looks like this
The numbers are which finger I use and the dashes are the frets

With that chord, my second finger is on the root note of the chord, which is G.
I move that same shape up to the 8th fret to play C and then up to the 10th fret to play D.
