Detroit does have a pretty good defense. Detroit is a beast.

We can blame CJ without being “out” on CJ, my God lol. “I thought CJ would be different!” is a crazy thing to say. As of right now, dude is a good/VERY good QB in a slump. He has shown- overwhelmingly- more positive/elite play in his short career than negative play. Let’s relax yall lmao.

These "media people" have a huge problem. Crowning people before time and trashing people before time. They crown CJ and expect no sophmore slump, they discredit purdy, they wait for the other shoe to drop. CJ is real good and will be fine, he's in his 2nd year, qbing is not easy. Media pretends it is easy when a rookie does good, or they discredit a guy who does good when he has good players. Even the greats have bad games. The media has tried to convince us also that if you don't win sbs, if you don't have a ton of 4th quarter comebacks, if you don't win mvps, you aren't good. They were spoiled by Brady.

Tickets are insanely expensive not worth spending with the way they’re playing to be honest 🙄

Second, half adjustments are not a myth Bill belichick said that you know the adjustments you need to make by the second quarter. You just don't implement them until the second half. It's not a mirror

Lions fan here. I don't think anyone is to blame on the Texans side. You guys need a better On-line. The Lions are a lot better on defense than people realize.

It’s called the offense disappearing in the second half. Slowik doesn’t make in game adjustments period.🤬

    1) Bobby Slowik is to blame!!!! Predictable pkay calls to trick plays is not a good example of a good OC!!!!
    2) Stroyd is also to blame for not scrambling enough to make plays.
    Poor, hanging passes also bad!!!

DeMeco seemed quick to blame CJ, and justified but why we feel he threw him under the bus is because he never blamed the Oline for playing like trash. DeMeco is losing faith from the Texans.

1, Detroit Lions became a hot team last year and even then did not get the LOVE from NFL or Refs or from free agents this year.
2, Detroit has been the poster boy of nothing ever going their way. We've had NFL refs create rules that always goes against us like the Calvin Johnson rules of what is a catch.
3, Several calls in Sunday's game went for Texans that were blatantly not called like 3 late hits on Goff, 2 of them was to his head, tackling D-Linemen at the knees or Texan O-Linemen hooking and holding into tackling defenders.
In his 2nd year, Stroud is given more respect and protection than Goff whose been doing it longer and lead a team to a Super Bowl in his 2nd year.
4, The Lions have 50 years of futility, failure and given nothing but disregarded as being a organization anybody wants to play for.
Houston has had amazing Superstar players over the past 18 years running now. JJ Watt, Desean Watson etc. winning is a New Thing for Detroit and listening to and other of the 31 NFL teams and their fan base blubber about things didn't go their way because you got beat by Detroit is asinine to us few Detroit Lions Fans who have lived through hundreds of games just like Sunday's game and had to sit and take the disrespect in stride.

That's Detroit but the thing is though Detroit made it to a championship series Texans has not, and even during our"good years" we were beaten down and embarrassed by cheifs and ravens never making it to AFC championship
Houston lost Thier old team the oilers turn into titans, Texans have also been bottom barrel to the nfl. You can argue it's browns. Now have Texans ever been 0-16 never
The lions have got better you say it's insane to be this good no when your record is 7-1 somthing is going right and proven to win. The team I love the Texans have struggled with 2nd half adjustments and it's going to keep killing us to the point we could lose Stroud if we don't protect him and we could be fucked. But I beleive we will be ok but I don't want us to go back to tanking with so much promises

@@JoseJimenez-vc7we, that's all new and happening this season for Texans, Lions fan have decades of heartbreaks to your Earl Campbell Oilers and Warren Moon and Steve McNair QB heroics. Oilers nor the Texans ever had a 0-16, 1-15 or 3-13 record. I don't ever recall your fan base calling for the team owner to die so the team can be sold or chasing several great elsewhere HC's out of town or having over a million fans call for the GM to be lynched (Matt Millen ie Millen-Man March). As Detroit fans, we always expect the bottom to fall out or having the rug pulled from underneath us as we are still subject to unfortunate things like our only star on defense leg breaks in week 4 going into a bye-week to have season ending surgery. We've had other star players quit mid-game (Ndamukong Suh) or in pre-season demanding to be traded or flatout released (Barry Sanders). You're talking about being embarrassed in championship or division playoff games the 1st and last time Detroit made divisional playoffs or just make it into playoffs I'm quite sure you weren't born yet or was 5 years old in 1980's. What you're doing is called Blubbering, Whining. I'm talking about being the doormat of the NFL for nearly a century.

Y’all just can’t wait to be negative.
How about this year 2 rebuild team went toe to toe with arguably the best in the league and almost won!
The young team and staff can learn from this and get hot when it matters.
But no, y’all want to bitch and complain.
