Brother i have just bought TCLC61B .55inch watching ur video and got installed today.. having issue playing videos above 1440p and 2160p.. and netflix i played its just stopped playing video just audio running in background .. is there any settings to fix the issue .. do i need to return it instead .. kindly suggest.
First i ordered c655 from flipkart as I was getting better deal on it…. After researching more I found c61b has android 12 and c655 has android 11, so i cancelled c655 and ordered c61b😅
C655 , C16B and C69B all are same tv getting sold on different platforms due to selling rights in which C655 is a universal model which can be sold both online or offline and android version just depends on the time of launch For each tv , that’s it ! No difference
@@Tommy_lascelles Bro I was checking the TCL website and they don't have 61b and 69b on their website they only have 655 so if I buy 61 or 69b will I get warranty cause like they don't even have anything related to that TV on their own website
@@arizzz... i don’t think there’ll be any issue regarding warranty all the models have 2 years of warranty they just differ on model no. Due to selling rights of different platforms. You are able to see C655 just because it’s a universal model. I got C69B from flipkart 2 month ago, till now there’s issue at all and yes you’ll get the warranty of 2 yrs.
