This could help people with social anxiety if it works in real time
How should this help them?
They would have to whip out their phone and connect a headset. Then point their phone at the person they are talking to. too much trouble and would create further social anxiety.
if a person really have social anxiety, it is much more easier to talk to a person while there are much more people talking around him, if there are just they two he would getting more nervous because it is too quiet and the focus would be more at him. Or, if there is a room with 100 ppl a social anxiety person must do a presentation, if the 100 are talking and would be loud there would be lesser attention on the person so it is easier to do his presentation even if they dont listen to him, but if it would be quiet and he must talk, it would be much harder for him.
Just imagine, Google using this with Google glass and pixel buds, that would be amazing
Good tech for hearing aids.
This can be very helpful in media production (video recording) and it can be like built-in technology in the brand new cameras.
Марк Шагал This tech still ain't perfect since sound distortion can be heard. Especially, if large sounds overlaps the speaker voice.
XenkailX Play Games For Muffin of course, but I think sound recording hardware in professional cameras is more advanced technically than built-in microphone in cheap cameras and smartphones. So it’s still good opportunity to use that technology as the brand new cameras advantage.
You don't need a new camera for this. You can just process any exsisitng video.

The background that still got through is super annoying highs that distract me from the speaker. I would rather have this situation with the background noise then.
