I'm actually quite confident that most people would enjoy this innocent prank as they take a little breather between their sets. No one is constantly pumping 100% of the time in the gym. In fact most of the time people are either catching a breath, wiping themselves or the equipment from sweat, hydrate, stretch etc. A fun little break with a cool guy who could teach them a lot is not too bad as an event in the gym. I love how people always rush to be the saviour of no one. No one is hurt here bro. Maybe you in which case I'm sorry. This is simply wholesome. No one ever reacted like "leave me alone". No one. Why are you suggesting that is the case? Relax my dude! If someone is actually ever bothered by him then they can sue for harassment. That was so sweet! The toughest guys are the sweetest! Anatoly you are AWESOME! Strong, powerful etc! You inspire me to push my body to the limits. The gym is the one place I feel most comfortable. We have bodyguards, bouncers, and fighters in my gym, and I feel soooo safe around them as they are so humble and give me tips as well as boost my moral in there. Honestly, anyone wanting to get to the gym, DO IT.
I've seen a lot of roid rage dudes trying to play tough in the gym. Saw a few get knocked out by guys smaller than them. There are the ones in the gym that are bigger and think they are tougher because they are bigger and are "raging" but most of us know you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. A quote we've all heard but some ppl completely ignore.
Just proves you don’t need to look huge or be huge to lift heavy weights, it’s all about technique. Mind muscle connection and actually lifting it right.
Now that was funny! Those guys were pulling one on you instead. Were you a little concerned where they were going with you? I am sure you all got a good laugh out of this one. Love to see the look on people's faces when you throw the big weights up in the air.
You don't have to be a seasoned powerlifter to get the message here... which is NEVER think that you have it all figured out. Always stay humble and respectful, there's always someone who has a better understanding of whatever it is than you, and NEVER, EVER judge a book by its cover!!!
I wish i had done weight lifting. I never lifted a weight in my life until one day a group of guys were lifting weights and as i walked by one asked me of i could lift a 160 pound weight so i just reached won with my left hand and lifted it from the ground right up over my head. They told me they meant using two hands, but it was too late. All they had was up to 300 pounds of weight so i did do the same but with both hands. I only weighed 155 pounds and they tried to talk me into training with weights but i declined. I am an old man now, but look back and wish i had learned how to do it the right way. This guy has great genetics i bet. He is amazing to watch and very entertaining. Great video!
Maybe you did heavy work, an athlete or ex-military ? No way anyone who never lifted a weight is lifting their own body weight above their head with one hand on the first attempt.
what's crazy is Anatoly doesn't "look" that strong. Built/in shape, yes but the strength that you posses without really "showing" it is crazy! I love all these videos....especially in these crazy times we live in. Just stay safe and keep on doing what you do. 👍
I know a lot of gym guys who watch and laugh at Anatoly's content. I was waiting to see a video where someone recognized him. I think a lot of people who don't work out have the wrong perception of the "huge guys in the gym". It's not a cult of ego, it's a cult of achievement. Everyone there has great respect for anyone that surpasses what is expected of them. Each of those huge guys started as a small skinny guy with a dream, basically. None of them were born strong.
As a skinny guy newly working out in a gym of tough guys in a rough part of the city, there was a huge dude there… competition level huge, and I noticed him watching me and smiling, like he was glad to see me working out rather than judging me. That was pretty cool considering that people always think others at the gym are judging them.
The playa' got played! Ahaha. That was awesome. Well done to those 2 dudes. They looked like they had some fun pulling that off. Another amazing Anatoly video! Thumbs up if you've seen every Anatoly video at least once!

Gott segne dich, Jesus ist der Weg zum Vater und wenn du zu ihm kommst wirst du leben.
Great video as always, but what people fail to mention is that in the pranks he is giving actual solid and good advice to people throughout the gym. Really earned my respect; not like it mattered any way, but whatever lol
I've always wondered, when he says people do it wrong, do they actually need to improve, and if so does he show it a little bit more correctly .. O_o
@@reuven2010he shows them the right way with all the details necessary for them to improve, most gym bros have horrible form.
No really. People generally can't row 150kg with one arm. Someone could get injured.
I loved it when he photoshopped Arnold Schwarzenegger and other celebrities (he made it very obvious) and was “recruiting” members of a Gymn. But then he gave great advice and demonstrated his power. It was both funny and awesome.
You put a smile on my face and it’s harmless pranks nothing more. Not forgetting the genuine talent you have and the amount of years you have put into your career.
Stay blessed brother 🤞🏻🙏🏻👍🏻🏴
Only sometimes when people just walk up to him in awe and he lets the weights drop I'm concerned he will let it fall onto someobes foot one day.
The girl on the dumbbells was the best...always willing to take tips.
God given natural strength and humor! Love these videos! Thank you!
Not natural strength. He has trained hard to achieve it. The way you stated, it's like he possessed that strength without training.
It's the way you took it! I didn't imply he was possessed or never trained. Do you not believe God gives us all special talents? Where you offended when I used God? Common sense knows you have to train for anything and every thing you truly want to be good at. Are you trying to make me feel guilty because I said God gave him natural strength? Have another cup of coffee and relax! @@nevergiveupnevergivein7655
@@nevergiveupnevergivein7655 training hard will improve natural strength though.. some people have that, i know guys who were so skinny who would be stronger than most of the bigger dudes even before training
@@nevergiveupnevergivein7655 exactly, people saying god is responsible for different feats other humans do are simply calling themselves stupid. but not everyone can be smart ;)

11:42 these guys had me.. Anatoly got crowned for once. Haha this was good
I was not expecting that.. I thought you were actually getting attacked but those guys were actually pranking you as they knew you were pranking them. Seriously though Vladimir, Anotoly, these guys just want to workout in peace.
Hell, I WISH Anatoly would prank me. Seeing as he has almost zero haters and we all love him, why would the people in the gym feel any different? I love how people always rush to be the saviour of no one. No one is hurt here bro. Maybe you in which case I'm sorry. This is simply wholesome.
No one ever reacted like "leave me alone". No one. Why are you suggesting that is the case? Relax my dude! If someone is actually ever bothered by him then they can sue for harassment. They dont need an online white knight complex fellow who seeks to identify no one being offended. Too woke. Stop that shit please. It's like cancer. Why always assume the worst?
I've never seen people with such severe smiles when Anatoly blows their minds. Their facial muscles had a workout!
How is this guy so strong? Never judge a book by it's cover. Keep up the good work Anatoly!
I tried pretending to be a competitive powerlifter and wander around giving unsuspecting cleaning workers tips, but it didn't really work out the same. Not a single one even hesitated to let me take the mop for a spin 😂😂😂
I was wondering when this would happen eventually, someone finally recognized him 🤣🤣
He only shows us when people don't recognize him...
Moe from London you are simply the best, you put so many big people in shame 😅😮😊
Fact : Anatoly said "Im sorry" 31 times in this video . He so humble 😅
Anatoly can easily do stand up comedy, I laughed so hard on his videos.
Is ok if I joke here? I'm sorry. hehe
@@Batmann_ I'm sorry, but it is ok, maybe try do joke that way. I teach you if you want. I'm sorry. HE HE HE
Anatoly you always make my day! Love this guy. The guys that pranked Anatoly seemed very serious. That was fun.
The pranker bodybuilders had me going. That was epic!
Putting them to walk of shame😅😅
Absolutely still in shock about the power packed in his physique. To be that lean and tight and have the power he has is absolutely amazing. I can't imagine the rep schedule to have big strength on tap with medium mass!
@@RUclipsNeedsAnEnemadude you must not spend a lot of time in the gym...weights do that when dropped on a rubber floor while on the bar...you can even see it with guy that's actually lifting 8:49-8:53..my brother lifts heavy and I have a video where he was messing around and drops the bar with way more weight than I could ever lift and when it slams down the weights looked wobbled and looked funny and we laughed about it watching it over and over..go watch some of his non prank stuff then if you think its fake..the dude is insanely strong and definitely doesn't need to fake anything
@@RUclipsNeedsAnEnemaAnatoly can do those crazy pullups like for cathesrics much better than other people can showing his tremendous power. He also is a weigh lifting champ. Larry Wheeler (did I spell his name right?) who is a champion (?) himself also has done a video where he cannot believe how much Anatoly is lifting I think. I know what Anatoly does is real. You are just basing what you say on one thing which another person debunked.
@@scotttowle8208 Larry is much stronger than he is. At one point they both competed in power lifting events. Larry is just several weight classes above him. Like Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather.
He is not that strong. He uses fake weights. 4:05 is made to look like its 120 kg, which it obviously isnt from the way its bouncing on the ground. It isnt even 70 kg (if all weights were 10s). I cant respect anyone who uses fake weights.
@@MelbourneMaster He doesn't use fake weights. He's a former middleweight Ukrainian power lifter.
Search on youtube for Larry Wheels, he's one of the top power lifters in the world that has set a few world records. On Larrys yt page he does a workout with this guy where they both lift some crazy stuff. Larry is obviously stronger but he's also like 150 lbs heavier.
The master prankster finally got pranked himself!!! This was fun to watch.
Also shoutout to the lady doing the dumbbell rows! Willingness to try something new / effective and learn is what makes us better.
Este tipo le enseña a la gente del gimnasio a ser humildes.

I absolutely love Anatoly videos! Vladimir should get an Oscar for not breaking character! He makes me laugh even on a crappy day!
Congratulations on your work, Anatoly. It's very rare for people to be absent or ignore a cleaner; everyone is always concerned sometimes because they're afraid you might get hurt with the weight, but it's rare for idiots who think highly of themselves to appear, but it happens. A hug, Anatoly, from Brazil.
I'm actually worried that the pranked people will try to copy Anatoly afterwards and hurt themselves
Don’t understand the last part of your comment “but it’s rare for idiots who think highly of themselves to appear but it happens” ????
@@garviere It makes more sense if you add the word "too" between the words 'think' and 'highly'. Just a language thing as Brazil is mostly Portuguese.
@@hoghogwild lost in translation I think!
Man makes me wanna wear steel toed boots at the gym, with Anatoly around.
First time a click bait hasn't pissed me off 👍
That was so sweet!
Majority of us that work out are great people. I rarely see assholes.
@@1stHalf Very true!
And having a 0,1% genetic
Still puny, nothing will change that.
@@skipper1350just cause you can't deadlift 290kg bro
Body mass really shows more on the bench press compared to deadlifts or squats.
Yeah nowt to do with 20yrs of consistent gruelling training sessions and discipline to eat clean

You are THE BEST Anatoly. I am a regular person that goes to the gym but I admire the way you prank the guys ! lol....
We love you !

The smiles from the impressed lifters is great.
There's a lot of good people at the gyms who like to see others do impressive things.
Had us in the first half 😂
HEY 👋YOU WON-
The pranker got pranked hahaha that was amazing. I like how everyone is so respectable ❤
he qualified to Olympia (true)
Anotoly congratulations on climbing up in subscribers at a massive rate ❤.
😂😂😂 This time they got you man! That was epic!👍👍👍👍👍🇵🇬
Quite literally the most uplifting content on You Tube. Respect every which way.
I’d say Mr. Beast is way more uplifting.
There is a difference between gym muscles and power lifting muscles. Maybe they've learnt this now. 🤘🤘🤘
Im amazed this is the first time ANATOLY was recognized!
more like the first time he uploaded it, cuz usually it isn't as funny and entertaining

Super cool he takes the time to actually help people while making content. Top notch
this guy inspires me so much, ive just joined a gym after having major surgery because of this guys videos, what an inspiration.
what's crazy is Anatoly doesn't "look" that strong. Built/in shape, yes but the strength that you posses without really "showing" it is crazy! I love all these videos....especially in these crazy times we live in. Just stay safe and keep on doing what you do. 👍

lol he keeps saying I'm sorry to de-escalate any situation but that laugh kinda takes it all back lmao
I can never get enough of these videos! Keep up the good work.
Cult of achievement
Wise words, yours, Sir.
As a skinny guy newly working out in a gym of tough guys in a rough part of the city, there was a huge dude there… competition level huge, and I noticed him watching me and smiling, like he was glad to see me working out rather than judging me. That was pretty cool considering that people always think others at the gym are judging them.
Anatoly:😂 very good 👍
This never gets old, too funny 😂😂

Looks more of a show off to me.
11 months ago I was 400+ pounds, I went carnivore, now down to 245 this morning. not only that but at 52 my testosterone jumped 400 points. This guy is an ispiration, love these videos... folks pay attention is his core exercises most of these body builders are just making mass and hitting the big muscles but fail in the core, the stabilizing muscles the real strength. notice he doesnt need straps like all these other use. My goal is to do those pull ups he does. Im not close and honestly Ive had some serious car wrecks and work injuries but Im gonna get the best I can. MEN get sick of where youre at go carnivore and build your manhood back.... seriously mine is very much alive now. just saying I was almost dead 11 months ago and now. I feel I can get back my old better than my shipyard days
Respect Tony! However those pull ups you talk about 'muscle ups' .. thats no easy feat, especially at 200lb +
Will take a good year or 2 of pull ups to achieve a clean muscle up. Try them with resistance bands helping 1st
