The prom part was a bit drawn out and I honestly didn't think she was humilated because she found out what was going on before anything really bad happened. I did not see her return ten years later as a revenge event. I quite enjoyed the story and it was good that Heather and Brett saw the error of their ways.

The title does not fit with the story. There is no humiliation, there is no 10 year revenge and the story is utterly and wholly unrealistic.
