Go for Philips instead of orpat. Orpat gives 1 yr warranty. Philips 2 yr warranty. I am big fan of Philips products. My induction cooktop, mixer grinder, shaver, table light are all Philips. I even had a Philips smartphone some time ago, which has kit Kat os and running on stock Android. The only bad product I had of Philips is one of their power bank which didn't have charge level indicator. Philips customer care people respond quickly if you contact them via Facebook or email. Prestige has horrible customer care. They don't reply even reply to email.
I have purchased this blender and I am not at all satisfied with it. Wire is very small , u have to press the trigger which is irritating bcos ur finger is engaged it vibrates so difficult to handle easily warmup which not good and sounds loudly.
May be u r not using whipping cream....we need whipping not normal cream ....and cream should be cold but in melted form without any ice crystals ...initially whip cream on medium for 1-3 minutes and then on fast mode ....
@@shailendrasharma7504 Seems like u haven't used this blender. There are no modes available on this blender. It has only 1 speed mode. And I purchased this just to whip the cream but it doesn't whip cream at all.

Philips has great goodwill in electronics market because of its quality products. But this time they have really disappointed me. I ordered this hand blender 10 days ago and used it today, it works very slow. Company says it has powerful motor, but it’s blending performance is zero my old blender was better than this piece of SHIT. I ordered this product because of trust of philips, but very disappointed. I want to return this but the return window is closed. I will not recommend this scrap to anyone.😡😒
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Fortunately I didn't face any such issue. I'm not sure which application you are using it for, but I recommend you to check with the Philips service centre once. It could be a defective product
U simply mentioned that there are 2 extra blades for whisking and whipping. Why didn't you show which one of the two is for for whipping and which one is for whisking? And also u should have shown how to change the blades and then also give demo of not only the tomato soup blending, BUT, also you should have shown demo of both whipping nd whisking. Then only your video would have been unique. I am Not atall satisfied with ur video.

I had a hard time deciding between the Cuisinart ruclips.net/user/postUgkxbHS6iDzgurU5HDfOQwM9gHX0K703-UyJ (rated # 1 by America's Test Kitchen) and this KitchenAid hand mixer. After receiving the KA, I inserted the beaters and turned the KA unit on in the air. The beaters seemed "wobbly" and I was worried that I may have made a mistake. Then I actually beat egg whites into a meringue (a good test) and found that they whipped up much quicker than usual. Now I think the "wobbly" beaters are built to orbit that way to improve the mixing. The "slow" start is a nice feature, too, and it keeps a thin batter from splashing out when the beaters are first inserted. Because there is little splashing, I find that it's also easier to clean this mixer. About two weeks after purchasing the KA mixer, I was delighted when I read that this year the KitchenAid is rated #1 by America's Test Kitchen! Official validation for my own good taste/instincts.
