flex means how much twist the trucks suspension has for example the white dogde dakota

I have a question regarding Fh3. So I saw if i pre-order the Ultimate Edition at Gamestop I get the new 488 and the Hellcat as an exclusive, but when I checked the FH3 car list I saw the Hellcat there with no caption. I didn't say it was an exclusive. So does that mean I don't have to buy it in game or something else?

hey im having trouble getting mod maps to work, says file missing or something like that. click and drag both files to spin tires level and map folder and it shows level in the level menu, in game. but when i try to start it gives me that message. what am i doing wrong? please help!
