She said:"...you must hear her,she is superb!!!".After so manny tears (1996) realize is her,Sumi Jo;it must have been a joy to hear them both on stage (she is the real "heredera" of Kraus tecnique for me).BRAVISSIMI!!!!

To MrLupo23 & Robusta Capp - of course Sumi speaks excellent Italian! She's lived in Rome nearly exclusively since 1982!! She also speaks French beautifully, English with an Italian accent - but in singing, those languages plus Spanish & German are well-nigh perfect. She IS the perfect woman!!

Cállesé ya, que he leído muchas barbaridades en artículos, como decir que Villazon cantan mejor que kraus Werther. Por lo que sea no traga a Kraus y le gustan los tenores vociferantes y el bajobaritenor, así que a mamar!!!
Er steht mit den Händen in den Hosentaschen uneingesungen und kennt seinen eigenen Einsatz nur unzureichend. Sumi Jo versucht zwar "Gas zu geben", aber... sie werden immer langsamer. Er ist ihr stimmlich einfach nicht gewachsen. K
Etwas peinlich, wenn ein Tenor gleich mehrfach von Sumi Jo an seinen Einsatz erinnert werden muss. Vielleicht hätte er die Hände aus den Taschen nehmen und sich mehr konzentrieren sollen.
Fué una improvisación, a Kraus no le hacia falta sacar las manos para ser el más grande tenor lírico ligero que he escuchado. Ella es una Soprano más. Que manera de decir estupideces.

Ligero: Nicola MOnti, Luigi Alva, Christy Solary, Tito Schipa.
Lirico Ligero: Alfredo Kraus, Francisco Araiza, Luciano Pavarotti (aunque asumio repertorio mas pesado).
Lirico: Nicolai Gedda, Meniamino Gigli.
aguacun Gedda es más ligero que Pavarotti. Pavarotti siempre tuvo un buen centro, y a los 40 años ya era un lírico puro

Que no es rival para ella? Kraus ha sido el mejor tenor lírico ligero desde la segunda mitad del siglo XX. Ella es una soprano más.
