Luxury shopping in London is great, especially shopping at Gucci, Dior, Chanel & Louis Vuitton!! You never know what you'll find on a luxury shopping spree!! I love the new Bottega Veneta Teen Pouch in chlorophyll and my dream Fendi Peekaboo Mini with the embroidered flowers!! Another highlight was the Louis Vuitton Micro Alma - they still don't have any Louis Vuitton Nano Speedy models in stock. Stay tuned for my luxury shopping haul next week - can you guess what items I bought? Maybe something from Dior - a Dior Saddle Bag, a Dior Book Tote or another Lady Dior - what do we think about the new Dior Toujours Bag? I'm in love with the micro Lady Dior!! The brown suede Prada bags are so beautiful, the texture and colour is giving autumn hot chocolate in cafe vibes! The caramel yellow suede Celine too. The tiny black Celine is cute and classic looking, that pop of gold hardware is sitting perfectly on the bag!

Mir gefallen immer wieder die Vintage-Modelle. So wie rotorange als besondere Taschen-Farbe in diesem Sommer bei fast allen Marken zu sehen war (wir sind oft im Outlet-Center Metzingen unterwegs), scheint weinrot im Herbst-Winter 2024/25 zu dominieren. Die DIOR Art- Taschen sind immer ein Hingucker. Dein Cardigan sieht super aus. Just thinking about the forthcoming Christening you mentioned you have been invited...usually one would opt for neutral hues like cream/ ivory and so you can definitely wear your new Celine white bag, however you could consider an autumnal floral with a burgundy background with beige accessories or, even a plain dress in a wine burgundy with beige/white accessories to inject some lightness...I would opt for a very fluid dress, perhaps empire style, so you will not feel constricted but you'll feel super comfortable all though the day...Or for one of those Self Portrait dresses, very prim and proper but with lovely twists like sparkling buttons or sheer pleated skirts...

It's a bit like a wedding, only the bride as should wear white...
Although, do you remember Catherine princess of Wales wore a very light cream McQueen outfit for the christenings of both her babies Charlotte and Louis, she was even wearing white shoes for Charlotte 's christening...I m not sure though if yours was a Catholic Baptist... rather than a protestant christening, the rules might differ...or maybe only the mother of the baby is allowed to wear a very light cream/ivory colour...who knows... One can get lost in the etiquette it's like going down a 🐇 🐰 🐰 🐰 hole
To be safe, as a guest, yes I would say you opted for the safest option, away from light colours, despite the summer weather!

The mini chain Claude from Celine is so adorable! I had to look it up and the price isn’t too bad! It looks amazing on you too! Do you think the chain length might be too long for someone who is only 5 ft tall? I don’t live near Celine so I will need to order online OR wait until end of October to visit the store when I travel.

Hello Romina! Your Selfridges tour was nice, I saw a few bags I must start considering. In this video, my eyes caught 2 bags I might not have left at the store. Well, not that I´d buy 2, but one of those bags had this beautiful dark red wine shade and the other was nearly the same, but with a slightly different burgundy color. Towards the end of the video you were looking at 3 bags I would not buy. Why? They all had this soft shape like a big letter U. After I had 2 bags just like them some years ago I realized it was not worth my time to lose my nerves with difficult zippers. Both opening and closing require holding the bag with one hand. Besides, at least my large Samsung did not fit in easily. The bottom part was wide, but I needed to push it through the zipper opening first. There still are many warm days left, enjoy the summer and take care.
