You need the big base plate that the one you have locks into. The one you have is really just an adapter plate to fit into the larger much stronger base.
I may have to look into this. Been carrying a 90-pound low profile floor jack in my 3" lifted Suburban...the factory scissor jack just doesn't have the reach unless I stack four 2x6's under it (which is not safe).
It works great. I don't have to use it every day but the quality is there when I need to. Thanks for commenting and if you haven't please subscribe I try to drop a video every week.
My tacoma is lifted about 2.5 inches plus 295/70/17 tires. Would this bottle jack be able to lift it all the way up. The OEM jack we have just pushes up the frame not enough for my tires to be lifted off the ground just yet
Yes, depending on the vehicle and on my Tacoma I lifted the rear from the axle. In the front, I lifted from the jack point on the chassis per the manual using the extensions. Remember depending on the terrain you need to chalk the tires so the vehicle doesn't move. I use this jack for tire changes only and not recovery. Thanks for commenting.
Attempting to demonstrate the benefits of the new jack by highlighting the inadequacy of the old jack is a poor tactic, made worse by you being less than skilled at using the jack. It's like the infomercials where in order to sell a new painting accessory, a nincompoop slathers a wall sloppily and spills paint in the carpet. Pathetic.
Really? Isn't that the point of a comparison...show why one is flawed, followed by an alternative that's obviously better at doing the job? Jeezus, there's always one in every crowd. Nothing better to do with your time, I guess.

Thanks will do.

My truck is lifted 3" as well now and the jack works great and fast. Thanks for watching.
Seriously thinking of getting this jack.

@@828findadventure Sweet! I just got a new Jeep WJ, just getting into wheeling.
Excellent. Thank you sir
It’s a great jack, really love the whole kit we got. Thanks for watching.
I’m wondering what would be a good one for a lifted tundra?
As much as I like the compact size of the Safety Jack, since my Tundra is lifted I went with this one. ruclips.net/video/SrEPnrDswuw/видео.html

Lol.... you totally could have just use your hands to unscrew the first bottle jack then place it an then use the long rod after..
Still falls over because it weighs about the same as a small can of beer. OEM Jack just for show.

No No I don't have all the answers, but I'm intelligent enough to under the idea of the video.
