Does the vinyl decal stay on the spandex cover? Whenever I try to buy vinyl decals they say it won,t stick to fabric

Yes. I have used removable vinyl cutouts from my Cricut and they have stuck to the slip covers, but it isn't a strong stick. I have to use Press n Seal as the transfer tape otherwise the vinyl will stick to the transfer tape instead of the fabric. I haven't used this technique outside, so I'm not sure how well it will stick under those conditions.
