Hold vol up and power buttons until a menu comes up. Go to recover mode, then go to factory reset

If ur trying to reset a Vortex T10 like I am the reason it won't work is because the person that posted this walkthru is a LIAR.. THE TABLET THEY ARE USING IS CLEARLY NOT A VORTEX..
DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS LIAR..
No one has been able to figure it out why is it that some of these tablets of this make and model accept bypasses but others do not. Many of them just continue to demand a password and Google login over and over until the owner damns the thing into the tablet gulag known as the dreaded desk drawer.
