- Walmart doesn’t seem like the obvious place to commit crimes but you’d be surprised how often officers have to attend incidents in Walmart stores and other similar shops. These people thought that they’d be able to get away with their actions, as if there wouldn’t be any consequences. Here’s 5 instances when people at Walmart think they can outsmart cops

I'm so friggin sick of people saying, "I can't breathe" when they get arrested! It's sooooo aggravating.

It is sad that EMT's have to be called to that farce, when there could a legit emergency elsewhere. They should be charged with gross misallocation of community resources and should have to pay for it.

Why does this generation:1) have no respect for authority. 2) does not understand that there are consequences for our actions. 3) think that being loud and always putting an “aaaaahhhaa” at the end of words makes it right. Like “what-aahhhhhaa, make me-ahhhhhhaa, I hate you-ahhhhaaa”. I’m so glad my kids are grown and I never let them get away with acting like this.

She never left the store. She’ll just say she was going to pay for it, however unlikely. If they were smart, they would’ve let her walk out and then arrest her. Pretty dumb of the cops actually.

Just so everybody knows, that first clip with the girl named Chloe, was an incident that occurred 08/04/2023 not 2024. It even says so in the right uphand corner of the officers bodycam. Not sure if anyone else caught the uploaders mistake but I did.

1:- you can get on your toes
IE …. Run !
2:- do nothing and go back to the station !
Which is the option that I would recommend,

Once they decide to nick you it’s a done deal
The best thing you can do is keep your cool

Walmart is the only store I have ever been in where they had an employee at the exit to check my receipt! I been around a while. Only Walmart! I stopped going there 3 years ago.
Costco has a receipt check as one leaves the store. It’s all very polite.
All this stealing going on in this country is one big reason prices continue to raise. And who pays the high prices...We Do the honest public does! We need stricter laws!!

About skip scanning. What if the machine malfunctions, or it's AI detects a skipped item when I didn't skip the item?
One time when I was shopping at Walmart and I went to a self checkout, the Machine said on the screen for me to wait there because it suspected I skipped an item. I had multiple things of the same item.
Then, one of the workers came to my scanner. I saw the machine play back the video of me scanning right there. I didn't have to go to the office. The video was right on the scanner. The worker saw that I did not skip scanning any items and approved those purchases.
Machines do make mistakes sometimes.
