In my honest opinion I believe Tatara deserves a full revert. Not only is it now barely meta, but its also extremely unenjoyable even for casual play. Tatara is meant to be a PvP wep, not some garbage you would use for server wars purely.

The old e sucks compared to this new one , the new r is very good too, the only thing that i dont like about the new tatara is the F being bad in general
Old Tatara lives up to the Kakuja design, a melee bruiser that deals alot of damage and goes in for a melee combat, New Tatara is lame asf, same issue with Hinami, Lycan,Kakujira,etc , insane range and hitbox abilities that just lead to an unfun experience in the game, no wonder why most people just quit or are forced to become a meta slave

2. It’s rework is valid because of the anime adaptation regardless of opinion, even if sushi doesn’t know his own games skill gap, he focuses the reality & honest replication of the real thing

Revert old tatara or give it new moves / update old moves. Making a bodybuilder looking kagune ranged, giving it only melee to "Run and gun" is weird and doesnt suit it at all. Also, a "late game kagune" with RC requirement of 7.5 mil deserves a C skill.

New Tatara actually had an indirect nerf on R after the lag was fixed since before the R flames actually closed in instead of being fixed flames
Pretty sure Sushi slightly increased the R size when he did that, so wasn’t really a nerf
@@Zierar nah before the flames slowly closed in leaving no room for just stay still in its blind spot but after the fixed flame nerf u can just stay inside it’s ring until ur forced out

The thing about the old Tatara is when you counter a close range like ginkui or naru.... you can just use f skill and ejector and your good to go
They should probably revert F and bring back C and also do something with the god damn R because the damage is inferior comparing to how vulnerable you are when using it

Man, old TataraK1 was so fun to use, I remember eating 2 to 3v1s for breakfast while I was a TANK. 1v1s were fun too, everyone had fun. I wish Alex didn't rework it or at least added a version that Is a different stage, but had the reworked stuff. I would love it if I had old TataraK1 back.
hell naw the rework aint good I’m not saying it’s bad but bro all of us know that the old tat was better, flame effects were awesome we would had our default colors instead of white pants and overall it was just better. I also felt like the old tat was way more combative and useable.
From my experience I also feel like that Old Tatara is more combative and useable than the current Tatara. I do agree with the white robe / pants sometimes not fitting with our colors.
"New tatara" F Cd is rlly short (2,5 if i remember) and deal a lot of dmg + the size of the AOE is stupid. Imo the best way to use it is passive with E/R and to run with ejector/F

new tatara is so ass, it's supposed to be an endgame meta kagune but the update made it so bad that it unplayable, instead of alex reworking all of ken's stages that noone really cares about he should work on tatara and balance changes.

Fr this game was so good but now it's slowly dying. I remember when they put they new map on eveyone was gassed and excited about new kagunes, now the reworks and hackers ruin it
it would be op if they kept the F and only revamped the E and R, tatara would be op as hell cause he can damage people with his F and also deal more damage when they are inside the ring of fire when using R
I quit this game cause I was a tatara main and the new tatara is completely garbage compared to the other one it's not even fun to use it

Old tatara’s F was best. It would be good if the New tat had it but with more long distance.
the new one is better, cause you dont have any type of stun or knockback after landing it, meaning that if your opponent was a good melee fighter, youd get punished. and the new F you need to know how to use/learn its timing and range.

I just miss the old f r combo the new e move now is cool and bring back the c tho bc anime accurate...
the flames doing less damage and not refreshing when they touch fire is another reason why current tatara is "slightly" worse than old
It's funny cause the current Tatara does more damage than the old Tatara if you stay in the flames (even for a short period of time). If Old Tatara were added back into the game, it'd rely a lot on the F move because E and R only aren't enough to kill any player on the CCG team due to quinx spam. I think it's slightly worse because of how easily you can get punished for using any move on current Tatara.
the flames on the current one scale so much better with ur kagune stats but unfortunately relying on dot is very bad if u dont have a helper

IIRC it was around 75-85% DR + unbreakable. Very broken.
I personally think tatara deserved a C move which can protect it self from heavy stun weapons like ginkui or reaper

The other issue with self defend move for tatara in every war tatara get targeted by the whole enermy swat cuz tatara is anoying and not let they heal during war so tatara usually the first one to dies in war
this was my idea for a c move:
After a 0.25 second windup, enter a counter stance for 1.5 seconds, if you are hit by a melee stun/grab in this window, slam the enemy into the ground, stunning for 1 second + high damage. pressing this ability again, or after the timer elapses will end the stance, dealing medium damage to any enemy hit. after using this ability, your next E or R cast will deal 33% more damage, including DOT. Medium-Long cooldown.
the range on recast would be relatively short.

1) kinda look like F move too much
2) 0.25 wind up is too op
3) C move should be a move that could give dash attack like rush forward where ur WASD head to while untargetable and leave fire trail behide seem better choice for C move (3.5 sec cool down)
@@sanic1st it would be obvious it's not the F move because you don't move during it. the problem with a rush attack is it doesn't solve his current issues. Untargetability is the worst thing you can give any character in any game, horrible design. we could nerf the windup time easily

i think current tatara still good since there's ejector countering ginkui's kinda taugh ik because there's still a chances one way to escape those plenty full combos it

dashing back with F it's kinda different just gonna say it's quicker than the normal doing dashing forward with F

It did but they nerfed it as well even though Tatara is unfun and trash. Alex doesn't know how to balance and rework stuff some of the time.

Cur tata: good design big skill hitbox terrible at pvp you could get outclasses easily
Old tata: decent design (cur is better) small hitbox for E & R (but old R dmg is better) Good 4 pvp as the f's with a combination of ejector helps alot can counter other users, (can also be countered)

Tatara update was one of the worst sushi has ever made, gave the hability to crash servers with the amount of lag, the F is worse and apply an permanent white pants was horrible too
