That would be great. I'm kinda fine with the way it is though. Game is still a lot of fun. I saw some "Duckstation" footage of this and while it would be a great option to have, it almost looks too clean for lack of a better word. But I get what you're saying and it should be an option.
@colfari even if higher res would be out of the question (understandable, some elements could suffer) higher bitrate would save the crunched colors, especially blacks. But that would require tracking down resources and japanese companies at the time liked to get rid of even their source code. More of a pipe dream really, unless there's an analog master tape
@@colfari PC/android emulation and R36S (technically Linux but you wouldn't be able to tell). Old consoles are nice but I don't have space for them, and I cannot justify buying a console having good enough PC and a backlog of games
@@jakobi700 I should look into that, though I don't really play games on my pc, it's too old anyways. Thanks for the replies btw, been nice talking to you. Cheers!
I would really love it if they re-rendered all the RR intros with exact same settings and renderers just pumping the resolution and bitrate up

@@jakobi700 You're still playing the old games then if I may ask? Still have the old consoles or on PS5? Or maybe emulation on pc?
