If you're interested there's a channel called the courtesy flush that did a shadow run RP for a Time sadly I believe I ruined it and they left but what they put out was pretty good
My first listening of a shadowrun podcast was The Milkrun, which was really fun listen. Sadly went dark back in 2018, but it’s still got its feed up. Can’t wait to watch/listen to this! More shadowrun!❤

Oh heck yeah, a Rigger! Been trying to find a campaign with my favorite class in it. An Elf Rigger too, which is even better.
(Default for me is Elf Rigger named Tinkerbell, known for flying drones, and a mean friggin shotgun.)

This was great! I haven't played Shadowrun since 1st edition. It's almost an entirely different game with all these new mechanics. Same feel though!

Battle maps, even just a flat map may help with visuals for the players. Great session. I enjoyed session zero as well. I may be late to the game, but I am loving it.

Sixth World aka 6e is the rules light version compared to 3e/4e/5e though?
@@CanadianWolverine Nah. I’ve played ever Ed of Shadowrun. It’s “lighter” than 1-3 and maybe slightly “lighter” than 4 & 5 but it still has some bloat IMO. Something between 6th and Anarchy would be the sweet spot…
I actually despise Anarchy because it gets away from what makes Shadowrun unique, and isn't a great narrative system on its own. That said, I am happy that it can coexist with the actual rules and provide something for others to enjoy.
Let's hope they make an Anarchy 2e!
@@CanadianWolverine 6e is the "DnD 4e" of shadowrun...
I would consider Anarchy its own system as it is based on the CUE system and not really a rules lite variance of 5e beyond using similar terminology.
I would roleplay more if I knew women like Trigger and Liv. 🖤
Is it possible to see the prelude session? Or at least get a more in depth overview of what happened?
